Ah, I see. It may seem weird that Charizard and Lucario exist in your pokedex but their pre-evos are not, but I understand where your point comes from. It is actually a smart idea, since you can replace their pre-evos with your fakemon.

BTW, I have seen an emerald hack on another website with all 493 pokemon, so it is completely possible to increase the 386 species cap. I dunno how this can be achieved though, and it may be hard for even experienced hackers.

I see, so you are gonna use a R/S/E or FR/LG ROM. It seems that you have to delete a few existing pokemon in order to add your fakemon into the game since it only allows 386 pokemon in total. Do you have any ideas which existing pokemon to delete? I've seen a few people hacking D/P ROMs nowadays, which increases the cap to 493 species, but it would be ridiculously hard for beginners due to the lack of hacking tools.

So are you gonna use it for your hack if you make one? Just curious.

Well it seems that people tend to go back and edit their games again and again when new graphics(sprites, tiles or whatever), scripts(for hacks or fangames) are available. They keep doing the same thing as a cycle and the game never gets finished. Just think about it, what if someone releases a 3D engine but without 3D sprites? Those hackers/game developers would have to make those 3D sprites and other corresponding stuff all by themselves, which take years. This is just an example, and there are more reasons why it takes rather long to complete a hack/game.

I hate stresses too, and I have to confess that I am usually more efficient if I can do something without pressure. We cant expect to eliminate stress in our lives, and I have already learned to live with pressure, which does not have to be a bad thing all the time. Anyway, you have a boyfriend who can accompany and comfort you when you are down, so guess you will be fine.

Well I know a few games already in progress for more than five years but still not even half-completed. There is a reason behind that though, and I dunno if you want to know it.

Well you need a long-term plan if you wish to work on and finish a hack or a fangame. It usually takes more than a year, and some may take more than five years. But anyway, you've just got started, and you will know more when you begin making significant progress.

Well like I said in the last message, I know it would be hard for you to reject a request since you are super nice. ^^ Actually it wont hurt to help someone if you do have time, but the idea here is whether it is a random request or help request from your acquaintance or friends. Most artists hate random requests, and I completely understand this.

Well honestly, you are indeed an excellent spriter judging from your fakemon. The ability to make pokemon backsprites is what makes you stand out among other fakemon spriters. Keep up this excellent work and you will be able to make an amazing hack someday.
