I tried playing W2 after I got bored with X & Y but I just couldn't get into it. By the time I got to Castelia City I realized I was completely bored with this game as well. I was never a huge 5th gen fan anyway so I guess that's why.
I got it done in Sapphire and later Emerald with the help of some friends. It takes forever and it's honestly not worth it but, I just can't help trying every generation.
As much as I love Metagross, I've only used that Beldum on my first playthrough of Sapphire because honestly, it just comes in way too late in the game for me to consider really using it for anything other than Pokedex completion. As for how long it took me to evolve it, I'm not entirely sure...
Honestly, too many to remember but here are some of my most memorable ones:
-Pinsir (Silver)(It was my very first)
-Treecko (Sapphire)(After A LOT of soft resets)
-Rayquaza (Sapphire)(Even MOAR soft resets)
-Snorlax (Fire Red)(Do I need to say it?)
-Totodile (Soul Silver)(Same deal...)
-Bagon...
I wouldn't go as far as saying I don't like them at all, but I can definitely say they're my least favorite games in the series. The game had a ridiculously short life for me compared to the previous games as I stopped playing it last December and haven't really touched it much since. I can't...
Let's give this a try...
Gameboy:
First: Pokemon Red
Last: Pokemon Silver
GBA:
First: Super Mario Advance 2
Last: Pokemon Emerald
NDS:
First: Super Mario 64 DS
Last: Pokemon White 2
3DS:
First: Mario Kart 7
Last: Bravely Default
Wii:
First: (I can't remember lol)
Last: Fire Emblem Radiant...
I like both Omanyte and Kabuto but I'd usually go with the Helix fossil simply because I prefer my water Pokemon to be specially based rather than physical. At least that's what I thought before the physical/special split.
