I personally think it's all different. Since there is in fact a Blue, and she isn't in any of the games. But then again I've never read the manga, I was more for playing the games.

Easily my Lvl100 Dragonite on C. "Happy" is still my favorite Pokemon, and he is the reason I fell in love with the Dragon type. I have a Dragonite in my Diamond game (From my FireRed) and he's in the low 80's for level, but it just isn't the same.
