I've gotten a chain of 39 croagunk. Then the dreaded volbeat appears. I now forever hate volbeat, I might even kill it if I ever find a shiny volbeat, that's my level of hatred for it.

Yesterday I got two shiny skrelps, and today I got a shiny barboach after (get this) THREE ENCOUNTERS. The first skrelp was in about 6, and the second in maybe 10. o-o Wish i had this luck with goomy.

I wish I had your luck, been trying to hatch a shiny Goomy myself and have had no luck with 300+ eggs.

Combine the shiny idea and the Goomy idea and have the main character get a shiny Goomy. :)

Aha yeah, I'm breeding for Shiny Goomy, and it's pretty helpful just to look out for it while you're riding your bike back and forth on (seemingly un)lucky route 7.

After 300 eggs... I realized I had been doing it wrong... There was no little sign on the top that said JPN or SPA or some other region, even though I got it from a friend in the UK. *facepalm* Let's start again, shiny Goomy. *shakes fist angrily at self*
