Okami is wrong. A Pokébody is ALWAYS in effect, while you can choose to activate a Poképower, it doesn't matter if it's on the bench or not.

You know you can't use the one you described in official tournaments right? Because you can only have 4 of the same card (except if it says otherwise on the cards).

This looks sweet :o I'd play it :D I like the partly submerged town :) Just one thing: Technically, its 1/2 harder, because you first have four: 4/4 if you divide by two then multiply by three: 6/4 which is 3/2 So it's 1/2 harder :) I'm sorry if I sound like a douchebag :P
