Wow, people completely missed the point.
Solrock and Seviper are the only two that haven't been found on either D/P/Pt/HG/SS. At present, you still need a GBA game to get them. I'm hoping that those two will be found so that GBA games will no longer be needed whatsoever. I hope that's clear now.
So apparently, most Pokémon from the list above have since been found in HG/SS.
Lotad > Lombre > Ludicolo - Safari Zone
Seedot > Nuzleaf > Shiftry - Safari Zone
Sableye - Route 9 (thanks bobandbill)
Mawile - Route 9 (thanks bobandbill)
Zangoose - Safari Zone
Seviper
Lunatone - Safari Zone...
So with all the confirmed starters and legendaries for HG/SS, it looks as though the GBA games are almost no longer needed to complete the Gen IV Pokedex, however there are still a handful of Hoenn Pokemon that could only be caught using Dual-slot (or dongle) mode in D/P/Pl:
Lotad > Lombre >...
I'm not sure if it would take from the storyline or not, but it would be great to see all of the following in their full former glory, or at least done up a lot:
Viridian Forest
Mt Moon
Cerulean Cave
Celadon City
Safari Zone
Seafoam Islands
Cinnabar Island
Victory Road
But again, the storyline...
I think the instruments need to be a little stronger; it just all seems a little too relaxed or something, however it's very accurate.
Very NES-ish. It doesn't sound bad, it actually sounds really good, but instruments could use a change. Very accurate.
Wow! I like this a lot! There's something...
I guess you could just open the ROM in AdvanceMap and check the wild data for each route/city.
Other than that, I have no answer to your question as I've never played this hack (I prefer to use the original games to catch them all legitimately).
I followed a link to this thread from YouTube.
These are extremely well-done. I especially like Cherrygrove. It would be great to see somebody (like Zel) put them to good use.
