Isnt the only way Ledian can learn that move via Tutor? Which would mean you either spent lots of time in the Frontier - Which is unlikely. Or traded it over with the move from (Im guessing - The shard tutors in Platinum?) Couldnt help notice it stand out due to my Weavile purposely lacking...
