For me, completing the pokedex has always been the main point of the games, with the old slogan "Gotta Catch 'Em All" and what-not. And having the completed pokedex isn't enough for me, so I've got a bunch of living dexes, about 2 each generation. I've gotten used to all the grinding and...
I like too many of the new pokemon. I'm going to/am doing a team of 12 in each game:
Scarlet
Violet
There's honestly still about half a dozen pokemon or so I still want to use, but they're going to have to wait for a third playthrough.
I think around ~70-ish.
I had an idea of going through every region using a team of every single pokemon from that region. So I'd go through Kanto using every fully-evolved Gen 1 pokemon, Johto using every fully-evolved Gen 2 pokemon... I've done that for every gen and I think the most was...
Yeah, I definitely do. I think the only things I don't collect are event-exclusives since it's a pain to even get one mythical. I also don't do minor gender differences since I don't regard them as significant enough. If the menu sprite is different, it's fair game for me.

I've completed all three dexes and obtained every legendary + UB from Dynamax Adventures. I'd like to get a few more things in the Adventures like the Hoenn starters but I can't be bothered going through them again.
I've completed about 700 living dexes. At least once per generation, as you can see by my signature. Not just in actual games, but in a lot of hacks as well. It's the main reason I play the series at all.
G-Lapras only appears in normal raids in Pokemon Shield, and only in 5-star raids, so pretty late in the game. However, if you have the DLC, you can feed a Max Soup to a Lapras to get a G-Max Lapras.
It looks like a collaborative thing. So if not that many people know about it, there won't be as many people using the codes, so there won't be any raids to join.
Yes. All that matters for Masuda is that the two pokemon have different language tags. So Jap+Eng or Spa+Eng or Jap+Spa or whatever. It works and is a known method of easily getting foreign pokemon.
You CAN use Pokemon Home to transfer pokemon between two profiles. All you need to do is to...
