Um, do you think Uxie and Azelf are worth catching? Because I've been trying for three hours and still haven't caught either.

Can anyone give me a few tips on how to make it easier to catch Azelf? I narrowed it's HP down to 1 with false swipe, then put it to sleep. I kept using dusk, ultras then timers on it whilst asleep and it still won't hold. Help?
