Another Question, if i have a baby pokemon, say pichu, can i evolve it to raichu with a rare candy?

With this electrode, when it is knocked out, be it from its own attack or not, and is made into an energy, does the opponent take a prize card?

My friends strategy is usually to get typhlosion or magmortar out, power em up, and charge electrode's electro diffusion on the bench With this deck mine is to stockpile Gardevoir with energy and blast away with energy burst.

Why is Australia selling card packs for $7 when in the USA they're being sold for like $3? The US dollar and the AUS dollar are equal-ish so I cant really see a reason why they're so expensive here
