I think that 216 is the max needed to outrun all Hera's and Adamant Lucario (Gliscor has Base 95 Spe, to Hera's 85)

I also warn you, that a lot of Gliscor are running enough speed EV's to outspeed all forms of Hera.

Almost. I'm just looking for some way to 100% counter Lucario (it got Ice Punch this gen, and since Weezing is really bad on stall teams...Blegh) I might just use both Weezing and Spiritomb.

Scarftran is on every single team I see nowadays. I'm building a stall (lol) team. I hope it can thrive decently in this offensive metagame.
