Haha, I have. But I've been watching my eating habits since I was about 14, and I'm not about to let college change that. :P Basically I allow myself to eat whatever I want on the weekends, and diet for the rest of the week, LOL.

As did I. I was actually shocked at how easy he was to simply type trump, even being fifteen or so levels underleveled. And I also agree that he is quite overrated in the games. He's not that intimidating. xD But yes, it seems that, unfortunately, Leaf will never leave the GBA generation. :/

Understandable. Funnily enough, I'm actually quite shy in real life, and was very introverted in school, so homeschool didn't come as a dramatic change for me. If anything, it helped prepare me for college, since you mostly do everything on your own anyway. Haha. :P

To be honest, ever since about 10th grade, I've been losing weight. I'm the type of person that wouldn't put on fifteen pounds all at once under any condition, but boy would I love to be able to eat that way...xD

That would've been a cool idea. It's like GameFreak doesn't realize that Leaf actually has fans, since everyone seems to be so crazy about "how awesome Red is." I like the guy, but I prefer Leaf, and since she was also the hero of FR/LG, she definitely should've gotten some sort of cameo in HG/SS, at the very least.

I didn't have much of a social life throughout high school, so I know how cruddy that can feel. Well all I can really say is, hopefully your parents will come to recognize your side of things someday. :/

Haha! I wonder where the name "Unova" really did stem from? I always thought it sounded like a planet...anyway, there's actually car shows every friday at the Dairy Queen by my house. It's fun to go and look at the old fashion cars when we get the chance. :P

Yes; specifically the ones from places such as McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc. The kids meals there are ridiculously tiny. 4 chicken nuggets ain't gonna do it for anyone except maybe a 5 year old.

Agreed. Miror B.'s themes in both Colosseum and XD were awesome. I could listen to them forever. xD I always liked Ein and Venus though. Venus, don't really know why...maybe because I thought her dress was pretty. Haha.

Since it's that bad, I agree; it should be illegal to live somewhere where nothing can be done. How can anyone live like that, in a place where there are no jobs and such? Sorry; it's just that I definitely agree with your viewpoint on the situation. :/

That's what my mom and grandparents try to get me to understand, but I just feel that I'm in better control of something smaller. And to be honest, I don't care about cars all that much, which is why a Corolla is just fine for me. I don't care if I drive a box, as long as I have something that takes me places. xD Although I'll probably start getting into cars more once I actually get one, haha.

Haha. I'm a bit of a fan of LuckyShipping (Blue x Red), but only the Red from the manga who's much friendlier, not the one from the games. "........" I won't get into shippings though, there are just too many that I like, and if I tried to name them all right now, this VM would be as long as your profile page. xD

True. Well, just be on the lookout for anything available as best as you can be. It would drive me nuts too, though. I get so depressed when there's nothing to do for days in a row. xD

That's just the thing; I'm not one for big cars. Haha, I drove my mom's Chevy Tahoe one time, and it was alright, but I find that I just prefer smaller, more economical cars. Currently on the lookout for either a silver, black, red, or blue Toyota Corolla. xD

My mom also thinks she can cook. And she can, a bit, but not as well as she'd like to think, unfortunately. I'd never tell her that, though. :3 I agree, I'd rather eat out at a Chili's, Applebee's, TGI Friday's, Ruby Tuesday, or Red Lobster. However, my grandma is an exception. Her cooking is just YUMMERLY~

Ah, that would drive me crazy, since I have probably thr biggest sweet tooth out of anyone I know. I agree, though; a hamburger at 8AM sounds much better than cereal or a poptart, which is what I usually eat. Needless to say, I'm sick of both by now.

I do tend to ship a lot of Pokemon characters together, and when I'm in the mood, I'll look up shipping-specific stories, but when it comes to stories like the ones we're writing, I'd also rather not have it. And thanks! Haha, I figured you might've. =)

Ooh, I wouldn't be willing to drive 45 minutes to go to work everyday. >.< Luckily the mall I go to is literally 3 minutes away. As soon as you exit my neighborhood you can see it. xD And oh my goodness, do I know what you mean. I'm not going to cheap out completely, but I'll have to be a bit frugal with Christmas gifts this year, since any money I make will have to go towards gas for my car....my car that I have yet to get. Lol.

I've read chapter 7, and I must say, I quite liked it; especially Lisa losing her first gym battle. It was a good way to change up the story a bit. I really need to make my character start losing some of her battles so it's not so much like the games...xD

I like all that stuff too. :3 Though super greasy foods can get me nauseous pretty easily, unfortunately. But I particularly love sea food, chinese, and italian. Pastas = <333 I used to not be very fond of breakfast either, but I've grown out of that. I live for breakfast. French toast, chocolate chip pancakes, etc. Lol.

Haha, I know what you mean. I don't care much for OC romance, though I do find it interesting when writers try to ship an OC with an actual character. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But you actually remind me of a friend I used to have before he moved away...he loved "girly" anime, and would always get me to watch them. Haha. Speaking of sigs, like mine? ^_^

True, I could definitely do that, since colleges are all for that. But in the meantime, I've been applying at mall stores that are hiring for holiday help. =)

Agreed. That last thing I personally would want to read about is another Ash. Which is also why I generally prefer these types of fanfics written by females; they generally tend to make their main characters more "out of the box".

You know... I don't really know if I have a favourite. I think it may possibly be Magikarp/Gyarados.. I know that Gyarados is seen as being pretty powerful and on a lot of teams, but I really like raising a Magikarp early in the game and seeing it all the way through. For my mono-type run right now I caught a Magikarp at lvl 10 right after the first gym and trained it up to Gyarados right before the 2nd badge, it was tough! Now I'm going to have to think about what my favourite family is haha.

Winter's here aren't much better sometimes. Unfortunately, with the way our systems work the weather has to be absolutely horrendous before they start allowing you to stay away from work, etc. Like... there's been times were we had freezing rain all night and the plows and salters won't get out because of the hazard but everybody is still expected to get in to work and classes. Brutal sometimes :(

Oh poor, i like to go in cars in the morning though, it;s fun, lol. But if it's freezing then it's pretty bad, oh ya.

3AM fire drills? Sounds...very unpleasant. I hate being woken up unecessarily, because it takes about two hours for me to fall back asleep. =_= I see what you mean though, if I lived in an area similar to the one you currently reside in, I'd want to go to college elsewhere too. :3

See, what I don't get is why people would want to read something identical to the anime or games. Don't they want the main character to have some sort of personality; isn't that what makes it interesting? Seeing how that character handles certain situations, interacts with other characters, etc.? Oh well, I think it's good that you just stayed true to youself and ignored the complainers. ^_^ By the way, I haven't stopped reading your story, I just haven't gotten hardly a bit of time to myself for the past couple of days. Sounds difficult, and not really something I'd want to mess with unless it was necessary. Luckily, the college I'll be going to in January is only about 25 minutes from my house, so I won't have to worry about a dorm. ^^

I don't believe we've ever stayed at a Quality Inn, but now that I think of it, we haven't stayed in that many hotels to begin with. The most memorable one for me I believe was a Hyatt Regency. xD

With Celest, she just wears whatever she thinks is cute, which could be a wide range of pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, leggings, etc. Haha, that'd be cute. ^^ I think if I myself was going on a Pokemon journey, I'd want to take the risk and walk. It'd be miserably hot, my feet would be killing me because of my preference of shoes, and I'd be jumped by wild pokemon, but at the end of the day, it'd feel nice to know that you made it. xD Haha.

Because of the way I write, and my main character, I'm sure I'll attract just as many complainers as you. Not that you deserved them, as those are stupid things to complain about in the first place. Besides, the point of writing stories like this, is to be able to do them the way you want, so obviously you're not going to change certain aspects just because people complain. They don't have to read it if they don't want to, sheesh. Meh, people. They're near impossible to please, save for the occassional exception. xD

That's so awesome that you use Meowth/Persian. You know I'm beginning to learn that everybody really does like different Pokemon lol. I guess I was always seeing all the really competitive people and it always seemed like they all have the same Pokemon. I'm still trying to find my key Pokemon, I think I may find it this time since I am doing a playthrough of SS with only Water-types and I'm actually really enjoying it.

I've heard that winters in WNY are really tough. I live in Ontario so just above you, right in the middle of Lakes Huron, Erie and Ontario. Since we get some of your channels we always see all of the blizzard warnings you guys get.

I've never been to the Carolina's but I've heard they are really nice. A group of my university friends went down there last summer on a road trip and loved it.

Oh wow, sounds nice. I wouldn't mind dorms if that was the case. ^_^ Haha. I looove hotels in real life. Especially when we hit the theme parks in Orlando; there's nothing better than going back to a nice hotel room at the end of the day, and then waking up to a yummy breakfast!

Haha, you'll have to see about that. ;) As for fashion tastes, I'd describe hers as "funky and fun" at first, later turning into clothes that are more suitable for a pokemon trainer, and also suitable for the tropicality/heat of the region, but still cute (at least according to my taste). Oh believe me, I'm not worried about people complaining about it; in fact, I'm prepared for it. But personally, I complain about the fact that kids are allowed to set out and travel an entire country alone at the age of ten, much less handle potentially extremely dangerous creatures. So sorry, but, fifteen, or even seventeen isn't even close to being considered "too late" in my book.

I wrote Celest to be like that because that's the way I am. I may come off as bland, boring, and just plain hard to figure out at first, but I'm completely interesting once you get to know me!
