Name: Jeanis "The Scourge" Rousseau
Species: Espeon.
Age: 27.
Gender: Female.
Appearance: Jeanis Rousseau is a very odd Espeon. Why is that, you may ask? Well, let's start at the most glaring difference between Jeanis and normal Espeons--her fur. Jeanis takes very good care of her fur, brushing it daily and taking a long milk bath at least twice a day to smooth it out. This gives a little shine to her body when it is hit by sunlight, and yet this is not the part that makes her fur special. It is the color--pure white, much like the milk she bathes in every day. Another peculiar thing about it is that it's completely fireproof--when Jeanis uses her Fiery Dance fruit, despite the intensity of the flames, which is thrice the normal power--it does not melt or burn a single strand of the mantle, leaving it exactly as it was before the move was used.
Jeanis is slightly more petite compared to other Espeons, standing at two feet seven as opposed to the normal height of two feet eleven. Her legs, though short, are slender, easing movement and increasing Jeanis's mobility. She can also grow claws on each of her toes as well as on her heels, which proves to be an effective asset in not only running, but also in destroying enemy ships' hulls. Also worthy of note is the gem on her forehead, which looks more like a cut gem than a sphere. It is clear in color, although if it is hit by light it will emit the light's reflections of various colors, similar to a prism.
Jeanis wears a typical Pirate Captain hat on her head, which is colored black with the Ivory Pirates insignia on it as well as golden outlines. There are two holes on the flat area which were made by Jeanis herself on purpose, to make way for her ears. This hat is also a little oversized, so instead of sitting snugly on her head, it hangs down to her forehead, almost blocking her eyes. Of course, it is mostly just a symbollic item that signifies her as the captain of the ship, so she often takes it off in battle for practicality's sake. In its place is instead a black headband with the same insignia as the one on the captain hat.
Personality: Jeanis is, in one word, an enigma. She possesses a two-faced personality, and although she is not exactly bi-polar, she is close. Jeanis is completely aware of her mood swings and fully realizes the two personalities she has, and this strange condition could be suppressed if she deems the situation fitting. Only the few people nearest and dearest to her knows that she's not a bi-polar, and coincidentally, most of these people are dead. This fact is the main factor of her personality split; the loss of those close to her became the fodder for her hate and thirst for revenge, which are essentially the key factors of her second personality.
Jeanis's default personality is pretty much the true Jeanis--she is playful, paying no heed to the norm and doing things her own way. She has close to no tact, but knows her place and dares not be impolite to those of higher rank and power than her. She also gives in very easily to things that tempt her, which is probably the main reason for her addiction to gin. She often speaks in a teasing and rather irritating manner. Jeanis is very proud of her power and influence, and this fact can be seen clearly through her disposition. She looks at battles as mere games and acts like she's got everything under control. Of course, as a side effect to her superiority complex, she absolutely loathes losing, especially to opponents she thinks are clearly weaker than her.
The second personality is Jeanis's face in battle; while this one is in effect, she is reckless and will show no mercy to her opponents. This personality gives her a short temper and perhaps a great deal of extra adrenaline, for she would not hesitate to go to measures so extreme that even the normal Jeanis, who thinks she's the queen of the world, would think twice about doing. She is bloodthirsty and absolutely bent on defeating the opposition, no matter what it takes. While she is normally calm and collected, if creepy with the psychotic smile she puts on while killing, she will start yelling at the top of her lungs should the prospect starts showing unpromising signs. When she is in this state, she will become the definition of ruthlessness, absolutely trying with everything she's got to win the battle. The reckless and brutal acts she does to achieve victory are the things that earned her her nickname, "The Scourge".
History: Jeanis was born to a normal family living in a floating house in the northwestern hemisphere; her father was a French (or the Terran equivalent) Leafeon, and her mother a Japanese (or the Terran equivalent) Glaceon. Every relative she has from her father's side was already dead before she was born. Her relatives from her mother's side had almost the same fate; however, her mother does have a brother, who was a Vaporeon. Being the baby of the extended family, she was showered with affection. Every time she wanted something, all she had to do was say the word, and her parents would do anything in their power to grant the item to her. This made her quite a happy little Eevee, and when her tenth birthday came around, the party made her so joyous that as soon as she blew the candle she evolved into an Espeon.
With the evolution came a sense of being an adult, which resulted in her quickly growing bored with all the toys her parents provided her. So instead, she spent her days gazing at the horizon and the ships passing below her house. From the heights, she saw all sorts of the Pirates' activities; fighting battles, singing sea shanties, and drinking ale. She quickly fell in love with their lifestyle and made up her mind to be a Pirate when she grows up.
She was only allowed to pursue her dream of being a Pirate once she was seventeen, and this was not achieved without plenty of nagging and arguments with her parents. She decided the best place to look for a starting point was a famous port-town in Terra, where she might be able to find a Pirate Crew willing to add her to their roster. Apparently, her uncle was a part of the Naval Army, and he rose objections to Jeanis's decision, but after a great deal of reasoning, he finally consented, though rather unwillingly. He lent Jeanis and her parents a ship to board to Terra, and, after several weeks' worth of sailing, they finally reached the port-town.
The town was a mandatory stop for a lot of Pirate Crews looking for goods to transport or members to recruit, making it the perfect town for a certain young Espeon to pursue her dream. They spent a day in town browsing the market for souvenirs and chatting to Pirates about how life at sea is, all the while looking for a Pirate Crew willing to take Jeanis in. In the middle of their activities, though, a fire suddenly arouse somewhere in the town, and since most of the houses there were made of wood with thatched roofs, it quickly spread. People panicked and the Pirates immediately boarded their ships and left the burning town for the sea, where they were safe from the fire. A few Pirates, however, tried to stay back and help the villagers save their town. It was a futile attempt, and the town was soon reduced to ashes.
Jeanis woke up in an unfamiliar place; the first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was a wooden ceiling. She was in a bed. What bed? She had fainted during the fire, how did she get here? She glanced out of a window, and the only thing she saw was the endless ocean. I'm in a ship! she thought to herself, before quickly jumping off of the bed and running up the staircase that led to the deck. On the deck, she saw a young Slowpoke gazing silently into the sea. There wooden boards around him was soaked--it seemed like he had done a lot of crying. Jeanis approached him and demanded to know what transpired in that town.
The Slowpoke, who introduced himself as Astram Lording, explained that there was a certain Pirate Crew who was on bad terms with another Pirate Crew. Somehow, the latter managed to track down the former and set fire to the town, hoping to burn the crew they targeted along with it--here, he stopped, before saying, "...and they succeeded. My entire crew is gone. I'm the lone survivor."
Jeanis attempted to dig out more information, but that was all he would say. She asked about her parents--here, Astram regretfully informmed her that both her mother and her father, since they were of the Grass and Ice types, probably didn't survive the fire. Losing the two people nearest to her simultaneously was like a slap in the face for her--the news of their passing hit her so hard that she developed a split personality--the aggressive Jeanis, a psychotic Espeon bent on exacting her vengeance. She asked Astram where she could find the bastards that killed her parents--the Slowpoke responded that to find a Pirate, you ought to be a Pirate. He then suggested that they formed a Pirate Crew with a common goal--to seek vengeance towards the Pirate Crew that took away their friends and family.
Years passed. Jeanis and Astram, now a Slowbro, had become notorious as the fearsome duo that felled countless Pirate Crews all around the world. They dug up treasures of untold worth, which included the Fiery Dance Fruit Jeanis consumed, and worked under the world's strongest Pirate. They were everything they dreamed to be as children, and yet the cause that brought them together has not yet been realized; they are still looking for the Pirates that took away their happiness to this day.
Fruit: Fiery Dance Fruit
Moves: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Grass Knot, Quick Attack, Toxic, Flash
Pirate Crew Name: Ivory Pirates
Ship Name: The Wind Cradle
The Wind Cradle is a rather small ship considering the notoriety of its owner. It prioritizes speed over size, and due to this, it is narrower and longer than your typical vessel. It is made of reinforced oak, and is built to last--therefore, it takes little damage from cannonballs. It has a set of triangular sails, with the Ivory Pirates' insignia printed on each one. It has the statue of a mermaid etched onto the hull, with her hair flying backwards as if blown by a transparent wind.
Insignia: The Ivory Pirates' insignia consists of a frontal view of an elephant's face, with more pointy ears than normal. In front of the face there is a sword pointed downwards, around which the elephant's trunk is wrapped diagonally around.

Council Captain: Captain Heil of the Axe.
Team: (recruiting one ;D)
Captain: Jeanis Rousseau
Members:
1. Astram Lording, a 24-years-old Slowbro. 30% larger than normal Slowbros.
Astram is more of a supportive combatant more than anything else; he is well-trained in defensive maneuvers, which he can use very well, what with his bulk being comparable to a tank. That said, his offensive moves are not exactly top-notch, though his Hydro Pump still has an acceptable amount of power. Personality-wise, he is laid-back and humorous, but with a strong sence of justice and a certain amount of chivalry. That said, though, you'd probably need more than one tractor--pardon me, I mean frigate--to get him off of his lazy ass and into action.
Moves: Psychic, Hydro Pump, Slack Off, Heal Pulse, Thunder Wave, Reflect
2. Recruiting an OC. If anyone's interested, don't hesitate to talk to me about it! ;D
