Appearance: Nautilus looks like a normal Croconaw with a pirate hat at first sight, but it's not that way. His mean, red eyes proclaim nothing good when they stare at something. He's always wearing that old, worn out pirate hat and has a rusty machete he never uses in his belt, which also has a ring with two keys hanging from it and a bottle of some kind of rum he never revealed its origin. Nautilus always wears a dew of crystallized water essence as a necklace, a Mystic Water his mother gave him. He also has binoculars hanging down his neck along with the dew.
The patterns on his belly are different somehow - they seem like symbols only he can understand, but he never told anyone.

He also has some black markings behind his eyes, and some scratches on his arms and feet. Here's a drawing:

Personality:
Nautilus Morrigan is a very complicated Pokemon. Some say he is not alright, some say he's just a bit odd - but the thing is, he is not sane. The tragic events of his life shook his sane logic, leaving a huge gap under it. He doesn't talk much, he prefers to work alone and generally being alone - he is agressive towards others, he sees everyone as enemies, everyone except his crew. He's serious most of the time, although he likes joking. When he's calm, he's good company even though he won't admit it himself. He often has a cruel sense of humour and sarcasm which represent his way of seeing the world.
Nautilus is kind of unique in his own way - his insanity is not apparent, even though his actions are always odd, and the fact that he's smart is even more odd.
He usually likes the company of his mates, that being the reason for joining them.
Sometimes, he's way too hasty, likes to get things done as soon as possible and with his recklessness, he screws up. But he's worthy as a sailor.

In battle, his destructive and reckless nature, combined with the nimbleness of the rogue and thief he gained in his travels, easily make him a force to be reckoned with, as he is faster than most would think, thanks to his Omnislash fruit.

History:

Born from the famous pirate Taz Morrigan, a mighty Feraligatr, a pirate that a huge bounty on his head, and a lone housewife in Anemos Port - he grew up with his mother as a Totodile, who made him steal to make a living. As a small and fast Pokemon, he had a great ratio of suceeding. But his life of a thief ended early when one night, his father secretly returned to the port with unspeakable treasures onto his ship. Nautilus was too young to understand that what Taz had done was bad, to steal the gold of others. He admired him and always wanted to sail with him, and asked if he could take him on board, but nobody from the family would let him go.

Taz Morrigan left Anemos Port the same night, giving some of the gold to his family so they could stop stealing.
After that event, Nautilus promised himself to become as mighty as his father was and join his legendary crew. He eventually evolved into a Croconaw and hardened his fighting skills by dueling rogues in the streets, betting high amounts of gold on their failure. The whole town quickly grew weary of him, even considered him a threat to the port, and as the time passed, that feeling grew stronger and stronger as Nautilus' mother fell sick and slowly passed away with him kneeling on the bed she died. He stayed there, feeling strange. He didn't exactly love his mother or ever felt something towards her, but her death was quite sad, somehow.
Now that his agressive behaviour had crossed the line by Nautilus challenging the son of the mayor and winning, the mayor himself paid some of the rogues to gang up on Nautilus and kill him. But Nautilus, as a wise adult now, left the town with some gold and a pendant, a Mystic Water, his mother gave him with her dying breath.

Now looking like a tough Croconaw, with the nitro of youth fueling his powers and widely expanding his limits, he travelled around the world with a strong ambition of finding and joining his father - he soon became a vicious rogue that was searching for something literally uncatchable, his father evaded the Naval Army using the vast sea to perform his elusive tactics, and a hideout where unspeakable treasures laid down, which could make a man happy for the rest of his one thousand lives.
Nautilus gathered information while stealing gold from others by mainly dueling cocky pirates by faking a weak attitude or cheating with poisons, while always keeping a low profile.
But fate had other plans for him; after three years of travelling, one day, now with a giant belt on his girth with lots of pockets filled with the heavy metal that glowed so beautifully, he came across a riverside town with windmills and cute houses. The view from the top of the hill was majestic, even for a rogue with deadened nerves like him. As Nautilus Morrigan walked down the street, he was looked down upon by everyone, but he didn't mind as his new target was exiting a pub with lots of booty carelessly hanging out of his pockets - the Croconaw tightened his eyes, evaluating his opponent, a Poliwhirl that didn't seem to mind him staring.
The rogue followed the rich guy through the beautiful town, always hiding in the shadows. The Poliwhirl crossed the street and entered a gate of a giant wall guarding some kind of forest - Nautilus immediately climbed up the house next to the gate, and when he was on its red-tiled roof, he grabbed the binoculars which were hanging on his neck ever since he killed a poor (literally and whatnot) and jolly pirate.
He followed the Poliwhirl with his enhanced sight, who was now walking like a boss with the same cocky attitude Nautilus hated. The trees blocked his sight sometimes as his opponent was walking a nice, rocky path leading to a giant house, a truly amazing palace. The rogue chuckled as he saw it, considering it his second target - but then he saw something that changed his life.
A being of unspeakable beauty was standing next to a fountain, in front of the majestic house - a Swanna that seemed sad for a reason. Nautilus saw the Poliwhirl kneeling in front of her, the Swanna taking a disgusted face on.

The Croconaw jumped down the roof, landing on top of the white walls of the palace's gates. After running through the trees for a while, he saw them walking side by side into the house. With his feelings booming and with absolutly no self control, he jumped out of the bush and shouted at the Poliwhirl, challenging him to a one versus one duel, the winner taking the... wing of that Swanna.
The couple seemed surprised for a moment, then the Poliwhirl started laughing, the Swanna looking at the Croconaw with an intriguing smile on her face, and Nautilus himself grinning at how foolish the Poliwhirl was to underestimate him.
At that moment, he was also happy the Swanna didn't do anything to get him kicked out of the palace. All it mattered for him now was to get her out of that Poliwhirl's hold.
The Poliwhirl shouted his name - Gerard - and moved into a dueling position in front of Nautilus. This time, the Croconaw didn't cheat as he ripped apart the cocky Poliwhirl who was apparently an unskilled prince. Nautilus looked up to the Swanna when he was about to deal the finishing blow onto his opponent who was now barely standing on his feet - she told him to let him live, Nautilus immediately proceeding to kneel in front of the Swanna, asking her name and if she would trust him for a date.

Long story short, Jenna the Swanna and Nautilus Morrigan left the town after a month of trying to deal with the angry King and Jenna's rich father who wanted her to marry the prince. They secretly left, taking only what they could carry, but they were still happy.
They travelled for two years constanly, having only their love now, getting chased by the King and the Aristocrate. Nautilus had stopped dueling a long time ago, although the Swanna had kind of understood what his past was like. But she didn't seem to mind. They came across a dirty port full of rogues and thieves. They were forced to set down there for a week, at least.
The night was difficult, and Nautilus got up, unable to sleep due to the wasted pirate's shouts. He walked into the pub, deciding to spend some of his gold to drink. What he saw was evil pirates - greedy men wasting their booty on drinking. Everything was so dirty around, but Nautilus felt like it was the perfect enviroment.
He got a little drunk after a while, and accepted a card game with an old timer Feraligatr with a huge, worn out pirate hat and a machete on his belt who was sitting with his salty crew on a table in the corner of the pub.
When the Croconaw realised the salty pirate was cheating on the card game, things got really ugly as he slashed him, recklessly getting a fight with him. In the end, his youth energy stood out and he laid the old pirate down in front of the crew who were told to hold back by their captain.
When the old pirate, seemingly once a mighty pirate, fell hard on the wooden floor of the pub, a deadly silence floated around as Nautilus was looking at his bloodied arms, not realising what he had done until somebody shouted Poor ol' Morrigan, then he passed out from the shock.

He wasn't expecting to wake up and find himself among his father's once bloodthirsty crew - why wouldn't they kill him? They told him he was their new captain. Although his dream was always to become a pirate, he didn't care as of now. He was crying a whole lot, before he could tell them he was the son of the mighty pirate they sailed along for more than 40 years. They gifted him his father's pirate hat and feared, rusty machete, and the keys to their hideout.
He would never get over the irony, his personality forever changed, he promised himself and the crew that he would replace his father. They carved the map of their underwater hideout onto his belly, changing his patterns, so he could always find the way.
They decided to set off for that hideout for the last time to pick up the old crew's treasures, so they could enjoy them now that the time had come. The Swanna was coming with them, no matter what, even though Nautilus was trying to convince her it was dangerous.
Nautilus, having no experience of the sea and its dangers at all, he drove the legendary ship and its crew into its utter destruction. While searching for his father's hideout, he wandered into the dangerous Western Seas, even though the crew warned him, where the ship got sunk by a giant monster of the sea and its minions.
Everyone on the ship died at their hands, except two members - Ol' Pete, a Kingler, Taz' best friend and accountant, and Nautilus himself, who was desperately trying to get off Pete's grip to save his love from the evil Cloysters who were viciously attacking the ship.
Pete carried the screaming "youngling", stating that it was impossible to fight off all of those monsters. And they resided to a nearby, lonely island, where Nautilus slowly got mad - the sadness of the recent events on his life had shook his brain, and now he was casted away on an island on the Western Sea. Pete was little to no company - he stated he was sick, until they realised, after weeks, one of the Cloysters had ripped his shell apart, causing an internal bleeding.
Nautilus was asking Pete about his father and their hideout and its traps. But he wasn't able to get much out of the dying Kingler. Before Ol' Pete died, he grabbed Nautilus from the neck and whispered his last words, when you enter the eternal chamber, it'll rain darkness.

Nautilus' desperation drove him even more insane. After killing everything on sight, his fury quelled down, he laid down and stayed like that for two days without getting up to eat what he killed.
After months of desperation and madness, he made friends with the Sharpedos on the cove. They had done a basic deal: he wouldn't eat them, and they wouldn't eat him. Instead, they were hunting together. But Croconaw couldn't stand the true lonelyness of the island, and the Sharpedos offered him a ride to the nearest port.

The Croconaw was kind of happy he would stop living in the wild. He had almost forgotten who he was before the tragic events. In that port, he joined a pirate's crew that was famous for winning card games, exactly how his father was. Now he was determined to succeed; make a living out of treasures and not by stealing like his father. Without realising it, he had become an extremely nimble and skilled fighter that, combined with his slighty insanity, made him a walking danger of the sea. It was a miracle he had not yet evolved.

Lol, thing is I first make a SU and then read the rules and the rest of the thread other than the plot. xD I wouldn't mind whatever rules you have.

Appearance:
Arthur has a lithe and skinny body like most of the Delcatty line. His lithe and skinny body allows him to constantly jump around and expertly avoid onslaughts of attacks. He has tanish, peach, fur and pink appendages such as his ears, the end of his tail, and the collar around his neck. On his head he wears a red bandanna. His right ear is pierced with small a golden hoop, something he got done after he joined The Scorched Minds Crew. He wears brown leather buckled boots. He also carries a brown satchel which carries medicine, some money, and some dry food. He leaves extra space in case if the crew is need of supplies that Arthur can get down in the market.

Personality:
Arthur is a story teller. He enjoys sharing stories that come from his mind about the world he has yet to completely see. Arthur is curious about the wonders of the worlds. He wants to explore every inch he can and tell the stories he has brewed ever since he was a young Skitty. Because of his story telling abilities, he is able to think of captivating and believable lies on the spot to get his crew out of dangerous and unfavorable situations.

Arthur is very good with children. He enjoys playing with them and entertaining them with his heart stopping stories about adventurers and their battles. Because of this, many of the youngsters often gravitate over to him. Arthur doesn't do well with being a witness to bullying, especially if it is the bullying or harsh treatment against children pokemon and will fight whoever is doing the bullying.

The Delcatty enjoys making friends with others, especially to those he feels needs a companion. He isn't afraid to lend a paw to a pokemon who has completely lost itself. Many would find him crazy because he would attempt to be friends with a mass murderer depending on the circumstances and history of the murderer.

History:
Arthur was born to a couple of Delcatty and he was the youngest of a litter of six. As a young Skitty he always had more energy than most as he was always running about taking in all the mysterious sights of the world he could see on the small remote community of floating houses. Also, when he was a young Skitty, he always had a knack for story-telling and enjoyed it when he was able to share his stories no matter what. From then and till present day, all his stories always involved some kind of adventurer, no matter what state of mind the pokemon may be in, and all the adventures and obstacles the pokemon encountered.

Like the adventures of his stories, Arthur dreamed of traveling around the world and having adventures of his own. His parents highly disapproved because most of the Skitty and Delcatty race were known for staying confined and only went out of their shelter to mate. They wanted Arthur to follow their customs that have been practiced since ancient times and preferred that Arthur find a mate, preferably a Skitty/Delcatty of the opposite gender.

His parents voiced preferences didn't shake Arthur's dreams and beliefs anyway. Instead, they seem to push him further and further to them. The couple of Machop that took care of the trade, export and import of products of the community he lived and the surrounding community, didn't help veer from his dreams either because they would tell stories to Arthur about what little of the world they'd seen.

When he evolved into a Delcatty through the ancient stone of the moons, that was cherished by the Skitty line for generations, he stole a dinghy that the Machops owned and left home. He rode on the dinghy and traveled from one community to the next telling his stories as he went, especially to the little ones who would often beg for more after the first story. Sure, he was having a grand time with traveling from community to community telling stories, he wanted adventures and obstacles of his own just like those he told about in his stories.

One day when he was telling some little ones a favorite story of his, he had noticed an old mature looking Mankey listening in. The Mankey didn't stop his visits there and he came the next day and the next. This continued until Arthur decided to leave. When he was preparing to leave the Mankey had somehow managed to find his dinghy and asked for another story. Arthur had looked at him for a minute in wonder before using some more time to decide which story to tell him. When he was ready he had told him a story that he held very close to his heart that had been reworked many times. The Mankey had given him a thoughtful look before dragging him away from Arthur's dinghy.

Arthur protested on the way, unsure where he was being taken. Soon enough he found out he was going to the Mankey's ship. A pirate ship, no less. Arthur was in a state of shock before taking in that his dreams would come true, that he might actually be a pirate. The poor Mankey seemed to be able to tell what he was thinking and decided to rip his hopes and dreams from him saying that he wasn't joining his pirate crew, yet, anyway.

Mankey then forced Arthur to battle his first mate, an Aipom that seemed to be brimming with experience. Truthfully, Arthur was a bit scared because he wasn't all that good with battling and could only manage to defend himself against the common thief. He managed to hold his own for a little while before being completely dominated by the purple monkey. Of course, Arthur thought he had completely failed the test and was about to leave the ship and sulk before the Mankey had dragged him back and invited him into his crew. Arthur was taken aback, very confused, wondering what the Mankey saw in him, but decided to tag along anyway.

He has been a pirate for two and a half years. As time passed, Arthur managed to make a solid name for himself among Alabaster's crew.

alright guys. I am pretty busy in real life, so don't expect to have this RP move on to the Roleplay Corner in a few weeks (all my exams are coming up, stacking one on top the other). I have not yet looked at Ray Maverick's and First Snow's SU yet. I promise to look on it tomorrow.

Since Greiger is having two additional members, I would have to ask all of you if it is okay for him to have three crew members already. If majority say yes, then I will increase all your slots by 1. If no, then one of RM and FS must find a new captain. (I have not yet read thoroughly the SU's but I can see that RM met the line requirement. FS needs the Appearance to be lengthened, but so far so good both of you.)

I will be back maybe tomorrow, around 9 am here. 12 hours from this post. Possibly, my internet is much much better tomorrow than today. So brb!

Oh, and anyone interested to co-GM? It's not hard, I will have just to ask a few suggestions from you, for the storyline, the gameplay, and such. :) PM me if you want. :)
