It was Mewtwo because it was a remake of Mew, Mewthree would have to be a remake of Mewtwo. Except they had Mew DNA to get Mewtwo, how would they get mewthree DNA?

Mewthree just wouldn't happen. Legendary Pokemon don't evolve. And why would it replace Missingno? You're not making any sense honestly.

I also have Wind Slice, flying move lowers defense a stage and raises spatk while still damaging. Doom Ringer, randomly KO's a number of pokemon of both teams with the number of times it tolls, if u have 5 pokemon, it could seriosuly toll 5 times.
