2nd Gen Gold sprites vs. Silver Sprites

Silver, as I think the Typhlosion sprite in Gold looks stupid.

This thread isn't even about Yellow, and compared to Red and Blue's sprites, Yellow was amazing.

I only have one problem with Silver sprites.

Gold wins the Spearow contest.

Mn... I can't really say which one is better, since for certain Pokemon, I like Silver's sprite better when Gold's sprite, and vise versa.

Though I have to say that Silver's Ho-Oh Sprite > Every other Ho-Oh sprite. Why? Because it's not in the same position as all the others.

for the sake of the poll... I'm going to go biased and pick Silver. :B

i have to say gold.
the silver ones most of the time look obscure compared to that of gold.
plus i owned gold and not silver.
so thats my opinion.

Silver seems to have the Pokemon in a much larger variety of interesting poses; Gold literally has the Pokemon looking straight down the barrel of a camera.

IMO, Silver gives them a much needed personality (sprite-wise) when compared to Gold.
