i download it and the rom doesnt work i patched it with lunar ips and pokemon ruby english version and it doesnt work anybody knows why i want to play this game soo badly someone help me

You used wrong ROM... it's always the same.
You must use Ruby ROM v1.0.

I used the ruby usa version 1.0 (couldn't find 1.0 european) the screen is just white, please help!

Then the problem is in your emulator... Wes should have working version of VBA on his website.

Yeah the graphics are good as I mention more than once. Because there is a wide range of new tiles there won't be secret bases since there tiles were edited for Lauren region's tiles or will there be secret bases?
