Oh, I saw it sis. Was very awkward in cyber cafe. I was afraid the owner might pop in and see my watch nude cartoonz and yell 'PORNNNN!' lmao.
But yeah, the ending was satisfying. I liked most things. nonon looked great with her hair down. Satsuki with short hair was too damn cute. We finally got the 'NEE-CHAN' too. Happy.
To be completely honest with myself, though, Kill la Kill was overall barely a 7. But I'm biased and I enjoyed the ride so I'll leave it as a 9. It had plenty of faults, though. Plenty.
Tsumugu as a character was badly handled, Hououmaru was redundant, Nudist Beach insignificant, Ryuko's tantrums and mood swings were annoying, animation was very, very bad in few episodes - jarring, to say the least, the life-fibre bullet was brought up but never used, Mako's jokes got old after a while, few plot threads were unresolved, the 'speech' during last episode was just underwhelming and a few more but I don't remember right now. Of course, it has tons of +ves too but these problems make it a very flawed show.
The best thing we got out of this anime was Satsuki - great character. Loved her. And the great soundtrack. And the amazing and creative visuals. And great character designs.
I actually, sort of, wish for a season 2 now lol. Mostly due to the fact that I like the cast and want to see more of them. Ragyo's words give me hope.
Also, my favorite has to be episode 22. It was just...great.
