"Gwaha" Zeke broke through the rock.

Zeke couldn't stop his anger with himself. He knew that he'd have to go and apologize to Leigh, but how could he explain it as a bipolar battle state. Zeke looked back to where his group was.

'why the hell do I do that' He thought to himself his rage turning to sorrow.

Specter now was babling to himself about talking. He wanted to say so much, but the group seemed extremely focused on Leigh. Specter stood up and walked over.

"can I help?" his voice was eeriely the same as Zeke's.

Alaska ducked an apple that flew right to her. "Wow, how are you shooting that?" she asked in awe that she couldn't contain. Xell nudged an Oran berry toward Leigh. I hope he has enough strength to eat it.

(Actually I think it's kinda cool xD )

"mm...mmph..." Leigh was begining to regain consciousness when he caught the scent of the oran berry. As the Oran berry was put into his mouth, he regained a bit of energy. Eventually, Leigh opened his eyes a little bit and saw Alaska's face. Leigh realized that Alaska was holding and taking care of him. While he hated being held like this and would normally. Leigh simply smiled at Alaska as a sign of thanks. Though the mood was quickly killed when Specter showed up and asked if he wanted to help. Specter was talking...which was unusual. It was like an alternate personality of Zeke.

"...You came here under your own will... did you?" Leigh told him. "I have no grudge with you specter. Zeke attacked me, not you. Don't feel bad. But there is a way you can help..." Leigh rolled a little to look at specters eyes, while trying not to fall out of Alaska's hands. "Give the ungrateful bastard this message...He began to transmit the message directly into specter's mind so nobody else would hear. "At every trifle take offense, that always shows great pride or little sense." Pride is the mask of one's own faults" He told specter. He heard of this quote once from a traveling smeargle. The pokemon told Leigh others like this but he could barely remember them.

"Make sure he gets that message." Leigh told Specter as he relaxed in Alaska's arms again.

(I like the whole fruit shooting stuff, But I'm interested as to where its coming from *shot*)

Felicia went to his side when she saw him wake up. I hope he's okay she thought worriedly that worry showing in her eyes. "Leigh are you okay?"

Flare, snapping out of his own little zoned out state, the Tepig walked over with Felicia, eyes wide with worry as he looked over at his resting team mate. "Yeah." he said. "Are yu okay?"

Xell turned to Alaska. "I build up gases in my body, and propel myself and other things that I happen to have with them. It's a bit of a nuisance, to be honest, but it helps me carry my things." Xell looked at Leigh, who had apparently perked up at the Oran Berry's smell.

Everyone was asking him how he was doing, but he didn't want to overwhelm the poor thing. On another note, Xell was amused with how he was relaxing in Alaska's arms. It was ironic, and at the thought, Xell smiled. With good reason to, too: Leigh was feeling better. Then Specter had shown up, and Leigh had seemed to become restless. Specter's arrival had given new thoughts to Xell: where was Zeke, anyway? He had literally flown off, and now he was missing in action. It didn't matter, though. Leigh was doing better, and hopefully he could Recover enough in time for Bruno's arrival, anyway.

"Sorry to kill the mood, but what time is it?" Xell stared at the Sun, and it's shadows, and made nothing from it. He had no sense of time whatsoever.

"That's a very smart way to get around the... no arms thing..." replied Alaska at first sounding happy, but then became embarrassed at mentioning he has no arms.
"mm...mmph..." Leigh mumbled, regaining consciousness. His eyes slowly opened and he smiled at Alaska when he saw her. He suddenly seemed annoyed when Specter came. Alaska looked at Specter. "...You came here under your own will... did you?" Leigh told him. "I have no grudge with you specter. Zeke attacked me, not you. Don't feel bad. But there is a way you can help..." Leigh moved to look at Specter. "Give the ungrateful bastard this message..." he said and fell silent. He was most likely sending it privately. "Make sure he gets that message." Leigh told Specter after a brief silence. He relaxed in Alaska's arms and then a Tepig approached. "Leigh are you okay?" asked the shiny Vulpix. "Yeah." said the Tepig. "Are you okay?"
Alaska said, "I want to battle Zeke." She looked at the Tepig and Vulpix. "I don't seem to know your names. What are they?"
"Sorry to kill the mood, but what time is it?" Xell asked while staring at the sun. Alaska would have responded, if she knew.

(I'll be back in about an hour. I'm gonna walk my dog, and yes that will be my usual reason for leaving xD )

Felicia watched the Sneasel reading her lips as she said "I want to battle Zeke." before saying "I don't seem to know your names. What are they?" directed toward her and Flare.

"My names Felicia nice to meet you. Whats your name" Felicia said happily bouncing on her four feet thrilled her teammate was ok.

"hmmm... I may just be a clone, but I have my fair share of knowledge. Zeke wasn't doing that. it was Zariant. There is an old legend about The pierce tribe. Being Zekes subconcious I remembered it even when he forgot and passed it off as a fairy tale." Specter spoke i a quiet and meloncolly tone.

He turned his back to the group. He looked up at the sky and then to the earth. He turned back to the group.

"Zeke comes from a long line of Scyther warriors. The tribe's strongest member was Zariant. His name has been based down as an honor for loyalty to battle. The tribe was anceint and as you may guess battling then was much more serious. some say that Zariant overshadows the holder of his name in times of great battle. over the last few years though Zeke has been overshadowed much much more often." Specter told the story slow and ominously.

He looked back to the sky.

"Zeke wasn't himself. He... He... Zeke was only staying true to his family. because the legend was the truth." Specter said sweeping his scythe in the dirt making a sharp picture of the tribes insignia. a scythe driven through a diamond shaped star.

(specters response to Leigh's thoughts. he did this outloud of course.)

"...I see..." Leigh said back to Specter. "Either way, I'd like both of them to hear my message if that's alright with you. I really have no comment on him or this Zariant fellow right now." Even if Zeke did have an alternate personality, He still held the same grudge, and he wouldn't be changing his opinion anytime soon.

That oran berry helped Leigh enough for him to move around a bit. Everyone for both his, and Zeke's team were all there to help him. Leigh was glad that he knew a large group of decent while the land is in crisis. After both Felicia and Flare asked about his health, Leigh started to squirm a bit. Immediately, He performed recover on himself and leaped out of Alaska's arms.

"Yeah. I'm fine!" Leigh said Cheerfully as he floated around in circles. Though he did stop a few times and hover downwards a bit out of exhaustion. Leigh was still a bit tired, but at least he was healthy. He landed back in Alaska's arms after awhile to recover some stamina. "I normally don't let anyone hold me as you know. But I trust you'll be gentle." He told Alaska sincerely.

Xell mentioned what time it might have been. It struck Leigh immediately. "It was past noon last time I checked... ah! He might already be here by now!" He told the group, worried if Bruno already left or not.

"I shall go check. Don't forget what I said Leigh. Zeke will have a hard time apologizing, but he turely wants to. dont tell I said anything." Specter took off and glided towards the center of camp.

Zeke saw Specter go past, but he didn"t bother to go see him. Zeke inched closer and closer to the group, but remained out of sight.

'now what I'm here, but I don't want to say anything.' Zeke thought to himself.

Felicia smiled when he floated around before he landed back in the Sneasel's arms. "I'm glad your okay you had me worried. I wake up and find you hurt that's something I'd like not to happen again" she said before hearing him exclaim about it being past noon "It's fine. There would have been an announcement and even though I can't hear I would have felt the vibrations so we're still good."

 

[Neptune Vasilias]

After waiting for a while, the escort squad didn't see any other teams. "Well, it's time to get going. We can't be waiting for them till 5." Bruno and the Loudred went forward to take the lead while Team Heliantheae kept up the pace.

After a stretch of many miles, they were near the corrupted area. "Be careful, watch your step too." All of a sudden as they made their way around trees scattered around the springs, a group mod Ninjasks flew out of the hedges and started attacking them. Teddius noticed their strange colour matching and cried out, "They are corrupted! We're in deep trouble!!" The whole gang fought back against the black flying bugs.

Teddius was on a single combat with a Ninjask. It slashed at him with a Fury Cutter and he countered it with a Lick. Teddius then rake his claws on the Ninjask's abdomen. It then pierce it's fangs into his arm and sapped out energy from him. The little bear then let out a contagious yawn cloud which landed itself right at the bug's head. It's wings stop saint and it drooped to the floor asleep. Teddius then finished it off with a final Lick.

Meanwhile Bruno and the Loudred had downed more than half of the melee Ninjasks. Loudred had made an Uproar and so Teddius' Yawn would not have any effect for now. He decided to aid Maria wherever she was. "Maria! Where are you?!"

"I am back, and I want to apologize, but I can't bring myself to say it yet. I don't fully know why I did what i did and im sorry it happened, but I do not wish for you to think of me as a dirty cheating fighter." Zeke said slowly

Alot of time had passed. There may be an announcement soon but the early bird does get the worm... "I say we all go to the meeting spot now. Better to go now then later." Leigh told everybody. "...That is... unless you want to wait till 5. I don't want to be stuck in this place for too long." Leigh thought about what Specter had told him. Zariant and Zeke... What was the deal? Zeke wasn't serious enough, and Zariant was too serious. If those two minds could think alike then maybe he would have been a decent enough pokemon. Leigh wasn't interested in talking to him for awhile though. Of all the worst timing, Zeke had soon returned to apologize to Leigh. Leigh stared coldly into his eyes and simply responded. "......Mmm. Alright then."

"Geez Sorry I've been hogging the spotlight. Heh." He said specificly to his team. "I'll do my best to follow where ever you go Felecia. Your the Leader of the team after all."

Zeke wasn't sure if Leigh had heard him. he stepped back so that he would be less noticable. He feared that Leigh hated his guts and that he wouldn't forgive him, Zeke didn't really blame him.

Felicia smiled at him "It's fine Leigh, and I agree it might be best for us to head to the meeting spot now. Even if we did miss it at one at least we'll be there at five" she said looking at her team. She was trying to be a good leader and it seems the two boys respected her but she couldn't help but wonder if they still would if a situation came up that made her freeze.

Specter came flying back.

"they're gone. The escort is gone. Zeke? is that you over there?" Specter shouted at first then walked to where zeke was hiding.

Zeke was shocked to hear Specter speak. Zeke was still focused on Leigh.

"Leigh... I am sorry! i'll go against all my raising. I AM SORRY! I'm only as good as my friends and if I want to be strong then I want to be friends with you." Zeke shouted running out of the shadows and standing infront of Leigh.

Specter was amazed. Zeke wasn't one to forsake his ways especially with the close bond he has with his father. Specter stood silent in awe.

Leigh was ammused at how much Zeke apologized to him. He sounded serious. Maybe Zeke ment it, But Zariant may have been a different story. Still unhappy, Leigh responded. "...Fine. Apology accepted. But just by a fine line. At least try to show me you mean it one day." Leigh felt bad about missing the escort. He didn't know if he should have blamed himself, Zeke, or the corruption. Either way, it was another 4 hours till the next escort... Unless they were willing to go through the path on their own unwisely. On the bright side, He got to know both his team, and Zeke's team very well. Maybe is was worth missing the first escort.

"Great... looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer... I doubt it's safe to try catching up to the escort now. Wish there was another way..." Unfortunately nothing came to mind. The best bet was to just wait till five.

Felicia looked at Leigh "It's fine that we missed the escort it just gives us time to get to know each other better, and to be honest talking to Pokemon who don't discriminate me is a first" she said honestly looking at her team and Zeke's.
