This is my first romhack, and I intend to finish it, unlike some people who start games that die off after about a week. This is a hack of Pokemon Emerald.

As the sun rises, so do new threats. Three criminal groups with insane goals are forming. A young Pokemon trainer is caught in the middle of their schemes. This trainer has grand dreams of becoming a pokemon master. This trainer will face challenges both ancient and modern on their travels, from the molten core of an active volcano to the burnt-out despair of a decrepit laboratory. All of which is tied into a sacred relic known as the Eternity Emerald, which supposedly controls the flow of existence. Will the trainer succeed in their goals or will their ambitions slip from their grasp?
The story is the same as Emerald except that instead of going into the battle frontier after the league, you go to Johto and Kanto and participate in their pokemon leagues. During all this you encounter Team Aqua, Team Magma, and Team Rocket, still bent on their insane goals.

I would've stopped at one screenshot of the sacrificial altar, but It didn't look right to only use one or the other.
And here's our first glimpse into the glorious region of Johto, but how do the players get there?

When a trainer starts on a cliche journey, something bad always happens to them. Either they get vaporized, shot, hit on the head, or in this case, their feet pixelate.
