    I have a quick simple question, I've caught Rayquazza and Kyogre, but, I went to the Weather Institute, and he said that there were droughts near Route 115 - I know its different in every game, but, I've looked all over Route 115, does anyone know where the Terra Cave is located on Route 115 . Because I can't seem to find it. ^^;

I mean if I trade it (assuming I have National and defeat elite 4), will the Pidgey count onto getting a Jhoto Starter?

Don't forget that Route 115 has that small strip of land that you have to Surf to, north of the Meteor Falls exit. You will know you are close when the sunlight starts getting brighter.

You mean the Island Cave? Okay, Go onto Route 105 From Dewford. To your left, there are a series of little islands. Go past three, then get on the forth one. Cross it width-wise and get off of the other side. Now, you are in the circle of rocks that surrounds the Island Cave. All you have to do is swim upwards, and there you are! Good luck catching Regice! (don't forget to save) =)

Shinies cannot be found in any one place. You have a 1:8192 chance that any wild Pokemon you encounter will be shiny.

I have a quick question..say that I have an Adamant Ditto...with 255 Atk EVs and 255 HP EVs trained on it.

Say I make it hold and Everstone and Breed it with a Bagon, is it possible it can pass on flawless 31 IV's in either Attack or HP to the newborn Bagon? and a 50% chance it will be an Adamant nature?

I am not much of a breeder, but the thought process sounds reasonable, so I'd go with a yes.

You can't pass down EVs, so EV training a Ditto is a big fat waste of time. Also, you can't guarantee what IVs are passed down. The offspring will have 3 IVs randomly selected from EITHER parent, and the other 3 IVs are completely random.

Ok so in other words there's no way you can physically determine a Pokemon's IV's?

darn... I wasted time EV training a Ditto.

You can, it's called an IV calculator…search for one using Google. I prefer the one at legendarypokemon.net

Oh I knew you could calculate what your Pokemon's IVs are.

I guess what I meant to say was there's no way to influence your Pokemons IV's other than hatching/resetting for good IVs and then breeding them hoping the parents pass them along.

No way whatsoever. A Poke's IVs are set as soon as you catch them, or once you take the egg from the DC dude. You are correct in your thinking that the only way to influence IVs is through breeding, or getting extremely lucky by catching wild Pokes.

okay first thing your gonna wanna make it paralyzed and make its health go to red and then try catching it with ultra and nest balls and that should work. thats how i caught them.
Ummm, this answer has NOTHING to do with what we are talking about. Either include the quote of the original post so that person will know you are talking to them, or make sure you are in the right thread.

AI means Artificial Intelligence. All video games have AI in them because that's how the non-player characters (NPCs) function. In the Pokémon games, AI refers to how well the in-game trainers battle in terms of selecting Pokémon and moves. Now since the game is so easy to beat, you can say that the AI in the games is really bad.

i agree most of the time whien i go against trainers they usually use moves like focus energy and growl,leer,sand-attack, etc. even when they are low on hp and have a chance to finish you of so the AI is so totally bad.

That is because the game is set up so that a 6-year old can beat the game. If the AI was halfway decent, that wouldn't happen. I have mentioned this before, but this game is in desperate need of a difficulty setting. It will never happen, but it is needed.

Where do I go to next?

In Emerald I just ruined Team Aqua's plan of awakening Kyogre, but then he went mad and now the weather is gonna destroy the world soon and what now, so what do I do now?

I never played Ruby or Sapphire, and haven't played in years so I'm lost..
