Plot: "1000 years ago the legendary Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends fought Dr. Eggman to keep him from getting the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald. This all stopped though when suddenly the Master and Chaos Emeralds disappeared never to be found again" this is the story that parents read to their children at night. A majority of the citizens of Earth think of the stories of Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman to just be myths but there are a select few who believe the stories to be true. Those who believed in the myths formed a group called the Legion of Chaos under an unknown leader and vowed to find the missing emeralds, but things went wrong. The group after several years was twisted and corrupt causing more harm than good. After years of manipulation the Legion's intentions were still to find the emeralds but to use them to take over the planet instead. No emeralds have been found yet but the Legion has already taken over Shamar and Chun-nan but a new group has risen, the Freedom fighters who are determined to find the emeralds first and stop the Legion of Chaos.

You: You can play as a member of the Legion of Chaos, your goal is to find the chaos and master emeralds to take over Earth with their power. Or you can be a member of the Freedom Fighters, your goal is to find the emeralds before the Legion of Chaos does and put a stop to them once and for all.

Power: Ariadne can turn invisible at will but if she is shocked or weakened her power can fail. She can fly for long periods of time and is a skilled ninja.

Side: Freedom Fighter

Personality: Ariadne is very determined with what she does. She cares deeply for others and looks out for everyone but at first she can be distrusting. Ariadne is very quiet too, not with her voice, but with her movements. She can sneak up on people and makes a great spy often using her powers to spy on the Legion of Chaos. Ariadne hates the Legion more than most others because the Legion is responsible for the death of her father which made her the leader of the Freedom Fighters. Ariadne fears she might not make a good leader but tries her best, she's afraid of not being taken seriously because of her young age but she will never give up.

History: Ariadne was born and raised in Chun-Nan by two loving parents and at the age of four she discovered she could turn invisible at will. Her father Richard then decided to train Ariadne in the art of the Ninja, a valuable skill with her invisibility. Growing up Ariadne was told all of the myths and stories about Sonic the Hedgehog and the Chaos emeralds and believed them to be true. When she turned 10 she heard about the Legion of Chaos being formed and thought it was the coolest thing and hoped they found the emeralds, that is until the took over her home four years later. Her mother stayed behind and Ariadne was taken by her father to Spagonia where he formed the Freedom Fighters consisting of people from all over the planet who wanted to stop the Legion. Two years after that Ariadne's father was killed by the Legion in a battle and he left Ariadne in charge of the Freedom Fighters.

Power: Kori can manipulate ice and make spears, swords, sheilds, and weapons that never melt. She can also fly high,literally!

Something else though, is that if she does not have her wings full at night, she transforms into a parralell version of herself, Shiver.

Side: Freedom Fighter

Personality: Kori is fun loving and sweet. When battling, she won't stop until someone falls, be it her or the enemy. Daring, sweet, and a bit secretive describe this girl. Also, Kori loves blueberry pie. Just saying.

As Shiver, Kori is secretive and quiet. She only talks when needed, and will stop at nothing to get rid of her enemies. Since this is Kori's darker side,she can get angry easily in this form. And Shiver sometimes takes over Kori when she isn't even this form, so regular Kori can adapt Shiver's personality.

History: As a young hedgehog, Kori always listened to her parents tell stories about Sonic and his friends. She would practice her ice shaping, then pratice with the weapon she made. Kori's father was a scientist, and he was experimenting with a new DNA sample of an ice spirit. Kori agreed to try it out. But her psychic cat friend Tekina told her something bad would happen if she went. Kori ignored this warning and continued. However, it would have been better if the girl had listened.

During the experiment, white feathered wings sprouted out of Kori's back. The ice spirit DNA was still active, and trying to take over Kori's body! Her eyes turned black, and the wings flapped violently. Someone managed to calm the spirit down and save Kori. That was when the scientists, and the girl's father, found out that to keep the spirit (now called Shiver) from engulfing Kori's body, she must keep her wings from being ripped. If they are, the wings must be repaired before nightfall, or Shiver shall once again awaken. 10 years later, Kori decided to join the Freedom Fighters. She just hoped Shiver wouldn't cause trouble at night.

Nickname: Slicer the Lion, or just Slicer

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Appearance: Slicer has that appearance of a lion, only the hair around his face is above his head. He has whiskers, bright red eyes & a short nose. He has a spike brace around his neck. His fur color is light orange, similar to a real lion. His attire signifies of a black t-shirt & light brown shorts. He wears white gloves of course with the top fingertips having holes for his claws, with a gold ring around his left wrist. Of course he has the lion tail, & shoes with yellow at the front, black at the back. On his chest is a strange glowing letter, C. It is unknown what it means.

Power: Slicer is able to grow his sharp claws as he pleases. They're as sharp as shark teeth.

He's pretty fast on his feet, & I mean, really fast. However, if he keeps running for a length of time, he would faint from exhaustion & need to rest for 5 hours.

Side: Freedom Fighter

Personality: Slicer acts like he's cool, but inside, he just like messing with people. He's calm & collected & fancies emeralds. He gets distracted by shiny stuff easily, mostly with jewelry.

Yet he's cool, he's never actually talked with anyone before. Just 2 friends, a boy & a girl. He can sound stupid when he doesn't know what the subject is, but makes up for it by hearing his part. Maybe it's just smart stuff he doesn't get. Actually, when alone, he's actually a smart guy. Slicer can invent gadgets, but none have worked so far, none at all. He hopes to one day complete a working invention, but not show anyone. They would think the cool guy was a nerd, that wouldn't work for him.

History: Slicer's father was a scientist even before his son was born. Slicer was always interested in what stuff his father had to do. His mother said it was too dangerous for him to even look. She cared much for her son, but his father was always obsessed with his work. This is why his mother didn't like Slicer to go to his father's lab.

Slicer always spent his time with his 2 best friends. They acted like his father, only caring & not obsessed. One day, at age 7, Slicer's father needed a test subject. He overheard this & offered, without his mother's approval. Before he could go as her, his father said, 'It's fine. She won't mind.' Slicer believed him & went into the test tube. He was experimented, he felt immense pain before he fainted.

His mother didn't want his son to live here with his father like this anymore, so obsessed that he doesn't even care for his only son. So she decided to move Slicer to his aunt & uncle, where he could live in peace. He wouldn't see his two best friends again... During this time, she also noticed the strange letter on his chest.

As he was growing, Slicer listened to his aunt's stories about Sonic & his friends, the evil Dr. Eggman, the Chaos Emeralds. The Chaos Emeralds are what interests him the most. He figured out his new abilities when he went out to the park. Since then he's been practicing his powers & hopes to one day find these Chaos Emeralds.

Slicer leaves his home, with his aunt & uncle's permission, & joins the Freedom Fighters. He's heard of the Legion of Chaos & what they plan to do. For Slicer, he just wants to see the Emeralds for himself. The Legion of Chaos are not gonna win!

the leader of the Legion of Chaos is a character who is unknown by the members. I've got the character made just not going to reveal them until the time is right. Both Reader_Maniac and CrashSG32 are reserved.

Also just noting for the Personality and History I will not accept less than five sentences, you need to have a good paragraph. If your having trouble with the history just describe your childhood, and the events leading up to your character joining whichever side your on.

Nickname: Streach the Iguanna

Appearance: :PDid it!

Power: The ability to streach his limbs up to 20 ft.(from shoulder/hip to fingers/toes). His battle range is only 8 ft. though, or else the streached limb is weaker, and the time it takes to streach further than that is much slower than the first 8 ft., which is almost instantanious. He can also only streach two limbs at a time. He has no fighting tech., but has learned to fight fairly well from his job. His body is also flexable and tough.

Side: Legion of Chaos

Personality: He acts seriously most the time, calm like the earth. He trains consistantly, getting ready for the next battle. Vince is loyal, as long as he gets his paycheck. In a tough battle, his ussually static face is altered with excitement, his eyes open wider, and his mouth opens with a smirk. He perfers close combat, and hates sneaky opponents.

He views fighting as his buisness, and is always seen in his battle ready tuxedo. He takes the upmost care that it is washed and clean. He hates it when his opponent ruins his tuxedo(you know how much it cost to make it battle ready?!?), and will get mad, very mad.

History: At a young age, he was brought into his fathers buisness of "body guard", though it was mostly a buisness for out of work mercinaries to get "normal jobs", and most were taken in by mob bosses. He was taught to fight from then on, and took advantage of his streachy body to surprise opponents. His life changed when he was hired by the Legion Of Chaos.

While it started out normal, soon thier where "heros" comeing to attack the Legion. For the first time, he could fight people of similar streangth, and he was excited. While many people left as his boss's intentions became clear, he stayed, and soon became a trusted ally to the 'boss'.

Appearance: Goingwith the description for this one. Anyways, Aspen is tan, and rather tall andlean. He has strong muscles, and shining emerald eyes. Green ribbons are withinhis dark-brown hair, and his fur is soft to the touch. He often wears a greenvest over his chest, sleeveless, and black shorts, with a small "A" on thebottom right of the right pant.
Power: Aspen can 'feel' the forest. He enjoys nature most of all, and canmanipulate trees or plants. Within a forest, he can sense if there is anyoneelse, and has natural climbing skills. Some refer to him as a Nature/EarthenElemental. But due to this, he is uncomfortable in harsh factories, with oil asRobotnik once built, polluting the environment. If Aspen is in an area with badair, or horrible pollution, he will feel weakened and a bit sick.

Aspen is a kind-heartedindividual, who cares for his friends and the well-being of others. He is veryopen-hearted and obeys orders quickly and firmly, though he is known of being anatural leader. Yuchimaru, however, will occasionally have outbursts where hebelieves in the Legion of Chaos(see History.) These bursts often last veryshort, but Aspen does have the potential to be corrupted. He tries to ignorehis past, and will often fall silent if he is uncomfortable with a question. Ifhe sees pollution, he is utterly disgusted and appalled.

Aspen wasn't always 'biological.'Yuchimaru was captured at the age of nine and roboticized with a relic of thepast. This relic was used on him to test…and wasn't supposed to work. Giventhat it had belonged to the Chaos Legion, Aspen then obeyed them. Their everyword, their every movement. But one day, Yuchimaru's sister, Ivy Yuchimaru,spotted him and saved him within a forest with the same relic, which wasretrieved by the Freedom Fighters. The relic crumbled to dust after this, thecuring of Aspen's cold metallic soul being quite a task. But Aspen was back…witha side effect. Now eleven years old, the relic's energies have caused Aspen tofeel a strange connection with the forest and nature. Ivy believes that thismay be because there was a chaos emerald nearby the relic that somehow mutatedthe power….or somehow the relic had been exposed to an emerald. On a mission todiscover exactly where the Chaos Legion found it in the first place, hoping toget a lead, Ivy was captured. Aspen barely escaped with his life, and vowed torescue her. When Yuchimaru turned thirteen, he had been working hard so hebuilt up his body, his vow not forgotten. He had no intention of joining theFreedom Fighters, but wanted to rescue his sister. So, he went undercover as anagent in the Legion of Chaos. However, he was caught by a chipmunk namedVorochi. However, he was not captured or subjected to torment. The chaos legionmerely accepted it, and instead…tried to brainwash him. This worked, and oncemore, Aspen worked with the legion of chaos in the harsh factories...feeling faintat times, but Vorochi, who was now his best friend, supported him. Corrupted,Aspen worked his way up through the ranks before deciding to ask if they couldget his sister to see the light. You see, Yuchimaru was depressed and wantednothing more than to get the chaos emeralds for his side. He turned fifteen,never seeing Ivy, but believing that he would if he pleased the Legion enough.He was their pet…their slave. He was mainly sent on woodland missions becauseof his unnatural talent, and in there, would capture Freedom Fighters. Stillfifteen, he then heard of a prison escape. Apparently, three prisoners escapedinto the forest…so naturally, Aspen and Vorochi were sent. The duo thendiscovered that one of the prisoners was Ivy Yuchimaru. Aspen fell down,worthless, fearful of what had become of his sister. They had obviously beather, punished her, possibly because she didn't cooperate. She seemed weak…feeble.So skinny. Alarmed at this monstrosity, Aspen carried out the mission, though deeplydisturbed. He promised his sister that it would all be alright, and thateverything this horrible world had would end soon. Ivy was appalled at Aspen'snew attitude, and tried to break him free of the trance. But, two years ofbrainwash is hard to break. Plus, Ivy's mental condition wasn't at all stable.A week passed, and Aspen felt something rough moving him. Vorochi had stuffedhim in a sack, and all was black and disorienting. When Aspen was finally letout, he found himself back in the woodlands, in the presence of eight freedomfighters. Vorochi stood by his side and claimed that he did it for a reason.Ivy was there to greet him, apparently Vorochi freed her too. As the chipmunkwas about to return to the Legion, Aspen begged for Vorochi to take him aswell. But, his best friend refused and pointed out that Aspen belonged with theFreedom Fighters…it was where he would be happy. Though Yuchimaru pleaded thathe was happy, Vorochi had already gone. The Freedom Fighters only took Aspen inbecause of Ivy's pleas not to arrest him. Apparently, if he worked off the badhe did as a Chaos Legioner, he would be free to go without punishment. Aspenturned sixteen when he started to work as a Freedom Fighter. He longed to beback with the Chaos Legion, completing missions alongside Vorochi, and hebegged for Ivy to come as well. But Ivy knew of the Chaos Legion's brainwashingtricks, as she had been held captive for years. She quickly worked on mentallyrehabilitating Aspen, a miracle that she herself was okay after years oftorture and abuse. Aspen was going on his seventeenth birthday, as he began torise out of his depression and see the joys in the world…and he declared thathe would not let Legion destroy it. Vorochi stopped by to visit the two, awayfrom the company of the freedom fighters. He had been fairly active, and hisname was known as a horrible criminal. Aspen asked Vorochi why he saved themthat fateful night, to which the chipmunk smiled and told him that they bothknew the answer. He then gave the Yuchimaru's a warning that the next time theymet, they'd be enemies…but for the night, the trio would be the best offriends. Aspen turned eighteen when his sister apparently went missing. Withhis sister missing and his best friend on the opposing side, Aspen tries tokeep a positive outlook on his crooked life.
