You know what, I'm going to vote it down. Jumpluff might look kinda cute and cheerful, but I tried using it once and it couldn't do anything, bar speed it's stats are terrible. ;-;

I have no problem with Pokemon being cute. There are a few "cute" things that I dislike, namely Emolga, Luvdisc, Pansear, and Panpour.
