The update is up now, and has been for the last half hour or so. It is taking a while, which is expected since it's giving you the internet and the Nintendo eShop and many other features, as well as free Excitebike. :D

Ocarina of Time doesn't come out for America/Europe for a few more days iirc, while Australia gets it at the end of the month. Also, Australia gets an Ocarina with it, which is win. :D

Excitebike wasn't available for Download at this time for some reason. I downloaded Pokedex 3D it looks pretty neat. Ocarina of Time is supposed to be out the 19th according to Gamefaqs.

Zelda is cool, but my fandom is directed at Ace Attorney at the moment.

I would be excited about that, but I don't want to get my hopes up, tbh.
It's chance of getting an english release is really low, so unless Capcom changes their mind, I don't want to care about it. :/
Though, I am playing through the Rise from the Ashes again. xDD;;
I'm pretty excited about Zelda 3D. o3o
Especially that Ocarina Edition. Though, I don't have a 3DS, so I can only watch as people play it. xD;
