I think if we were actually Trainers we would be freaked out by the flying Pikachu LOL, I guess I understand why they're so hard to catch/find too. They fly away~

Well, a Pikachu hast'ah have at least one electric-type move.

No, it doesn't. But since Pikachu is an electric type, it might recoil and be super-effective which would ultimately lead to a OHKO.
