Maybe I'll actually add a little gag (with Shaun's character still intact) and have him call the egg Mew2 in the next chapter and have his pokemon (especially Gastly), give him freaked out looks.

Yup, everything's right. It's easy to remember because I always seem to catch female Pokemon. It's the same way for me on the video games too.

P. S. Also, I looked up Brick Break and it's TM31.
