Update for Ultimate Monotype Challenge (Bug).

    Update #2 on Sapphire.

    • Went through Rustboro Tunnel and got Strength.
    • Lifted to Mt. Chimney and beat Archie pretty easily (I am the better Archie, it seems).
    • Hopped down to Lavaridge Town and dominated the gym with Rain's Bubblebeam, although I had to sacrifice Speedy in order to take down Flannery's Torkoal.
    • Beat the trainers in the desert, then headed back to Petalburg.
    • Beat Norman with a little difficulty, then Surfed to Slateport. Taught Ice Beam to Rain.
    • Did the New Mauville quest, then continued on to the Weather Institute.
    • Beat Team Aqua there, then beat May as well.
    • Got the Devon Scope, then challenged the gym.
    • Beat Winona easily with Speedy's Swords Dance + Return OHKOing everyone except Skarmory, who was 3HKOed.
    • Headed down to Lilycove, where I caught my third team member, Harrison the Heracross (Beatles reference FTW), in the Safari Zone.
    • Beat Mt Pyre inside and out, then headed to Slateport City, where a sub was stolen.
    • Flew back to Lilycove and headed in the Hideout, where I saved.
    Screens:
    Spoiler:

Gonna kick Team Aqua out of their Hideout in Lilycove City, then it's on to Mossdeep City.

... 87 Sewaddle... 3 Were Female. I KOed 2 with Critical Hits before managing to catch the 3rd... >_< Me and my feelings that Male Leavanny shouldn't exist. XD

    Unfortunately, had to catch a Munna temporarily, as to continue past Striaton City, you have to have 2 Pokemon in your party, see screenshots. -.-;

    Spoiler:

    Current Team:

    Sewaddle

Should be a fun next few hours. Walking around forever with Sewaddle to cap it's happiness. I want a Leavanny as soon as it evolves to Swadloon then levels up again. XD

Blissy's Normal Ultimate Monotype Challenge! - Yellow Version
    Chapter 4 - The S.S. Anne - Part 1!

Nugget Bridge action! Let's-a-go! Ownage time...which is what I would say, but I ran into Zero, the jerk. Fine...I'll own him, then it's Nugget Bridge action. Wow...my entire team was owned...except OJ. Spamming Quick Attack saved him. Anyway, onward!

Five trainers must be owned...Blissy style! So we begin...with more ownage! Well...I owned the trainers, but the guy who gave me the Nugget is from Team Rocket! He must DAI! Ok...I owned him, so...onward to Bill's House. On my way there, OJ evolved at last! Hell yeah! Now...on to Bill's. Hey, a pokemon in Bill's house. Wait, it's Bill. Might as well fix him so I can get my S.S. Ticket. Now, back in Cerulean, a Rocket stole a Dig TM, so he must DAI!

    To be continued...

This concludes this chapter of my Normal Ultimate Monotype Challenge.

^Great job getting Jolly on the Deerling. :)

Update to my Ultimate Fire type:
Whupped Team Rocket's butt good with Typhlosion. Got the rainbow wing. Ice cave was a joke, even Vulpix oneshotted everything in sight. Gave a Kimono Girl a push in the right direction, and ended in Dragon City. *cough* Blackthorn, I mean.

I was worried about the gym, so I decided to just take on one or two trainers, and then go and train. So I took on one, and won undamaged. Took another, won with her getting in only one hit. O.o Hmmm... I heal, and attack the gym in earnest. Apparently I'm more awesome than I thought I was, because all those marvelous dragons barely tickled me until I hit Clair. Got a lucky critical on her first, and the second Dragonair went down without too much fight, but Gyarados took FOREVER. I switched in Flareon hoping to get some flinch hax, but I didn't get a single flinch before Flareon died. :( Typhlosion took down more than half its health, but a critical hit spelled his doom. So, sent in Vulpix, expecting it to buy me a turn, or two. XD I used Confuse Ray.... and didn't have to worry about Gyarados at all. FOUR TURNS it hit itself in its confusion, finally killing itself.

And then there was Kingdra. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY.... *cough* I just recently had a bad experience with a Kingdra on my St. Patty's Day challenge, so I already wasn't looking forward to it. I have a theory that Kingdras bend the laws of the universe around them, causing their opponents to fall into despair. This bloody Kingdra got THREE critical hits in a row. After her Gyarados had just gotten one, too! To top that off, Flareon's Bite missed, as did Vulpix's Confuse Ray. So I took a few turns to heal up, and attacked again. I got it down to juuuuust a sliver of health, and Clair HEALED it. :< Why couldn't she have healed the Gyarados instead? Another round of Revives later, he was in red again. Vulpix was out, and I look at that tiny sliver of health. I hit Quick Attack.... AND VULPIX MISSES AGAIN. O.O Reality warper, that's Kingdra. I send out Typhlosion ('Cuz Vulpix died...) and use Swift. XD If that had missed... but it didn't. Clair went off with a pouty face. Blah blah, passed the old man's test, blah blah, back to Ecruteak.

Sent out Vulpix against Ho-oh... and apparently I found the Ho-oh with the retard genes. :< He used ALL his Fire Blasts and Sacred Fires against VULPIX. (Flash fire FTW....) FINALLY he was down to basically Extrasensories, but at that point he was in yellow, so.... yeah... bye-bye Ho-oh. The Kimono girls were unhappy with me, but what can ya do? Went back home, surfed to the east. Battled a LOT of Trainers for wonderful experience, and hit Victory Road. Got through without too much problem. My rival was 5 levels lower than me, so I just laughed at him as he foolishly attacked me. :)

Now sitting at the Pokemon Center.
    Izanagi the Lv. 46 Typhlosion
    Izanami the Lv. 45 Flareon
    NINETALES the Lv. 46 Ninetales
    Inari the Lv. 20 Magmar
Amaterasu the Lv. 35 Ponyta <- NEW!
    Gyarados the HM Slave.

In the first post by Alakazam17:
The challenge for each game is completed once the Elite Four is beaten for the first time(except in the second generation where it ends when you defeat Red, and in the fifth generation where it ends when you defeat the Elite Four for the second time). At said point, you can then begin with the following game.
The second time is when you beat Alder in B/W.

Well, I guess I got a whole lot of training to do then. My team is about Lv 53 and the trainers in new areas have Lv 65 Pokémon. I'll have to find a good place. Any suggestions?

Blissy's Normal Ultimate Monotype Challenge! - Yellow Version
    Chapter 5 - The S.S. Anne - Part 2!

Cerulean Gym...a Water type haven. I came to own Misty. Well, I own every trainer in the gym, then take on Misty. She only had 2 pokemon, and Magic owned them both, getting me the Cascadebadge, and Magic evolved. Now...let's go to Vermillion City, where the S.S Anne is located. On my way, I'll train Baccio up some more. Ok...Vermillion. Healed, then headed for the S.S. Anne. Let's-a-go! I'll battle some trainers, then go to the Captain's Room. Look who decided to show up...Zero. I'll own him, and....I easily beat him. Wow. Anyway, time to rub the captain's back to make him feel better. He gave me HM01, and the S.S. Anne left the port...now, time to take on Vermillion Gym...next time.

    Finished my Ghost Kanto run:

    E4 fighting time! lv's 69 and 70

    VS Loreli: Haunt swept her:
Dewgong and Cloister were OHKO'ed and Lapras was 2HKO'ed by Thunderbolt
Jynx and Slowbro were OHKO'ed by Shadow Ball

    VS Bruno:
    Shadow began with 2HKO'ing Onix
Then Haunt OHKO'ed Hitmons and the 2. Onix with Psychic
Machamp survived the first Psychic, healed, and was then OHKO'ed by the next 0.0

    VS Agatha:
Shadow OHKO'ed Gengarx2 and Haunter with Shadow Ball
Haunt OHKO'ed Golbat and Arbok with Psychic

    VS Lance:
Haunt OHKO'ed Gyarados and Arodactal with Thunderbolt and 2HKO'ed the Dragonairs with Shadow Ball
Before the dragonairs through, he used Dragonite, with, because of a Full restore tok 5 Sludge bombs From Shadow to defeat, leaving with only 32 HP

    VS MILF:
Haunt OHKO'ed Pidgeot, Gyarados and Alakasam
Then Exegutor survived Shadow Ball, and put me to sleep! I swiched. Shadow Ball.Survive. Sleep Powder. FREAK! IT ALMOST KILLED ME BEFORE I WOKE UP! Beat it with another Shadow Ball
Full restore made ryhdon take 5 Brick Break's to beat
Charizard was awfull. it took me 2 thunderbolts, 2 Sludge Bomb's and 2 revives, and poison damage while i only had slaves left to beat that.

Im the Ghost Champ of Kanto!

    Team:

    Shadow lv 70 Kanto MVP
    Ultimate Monotype Challenge Thread

Shadow Ball MVM(This swept the Kanto region without failing before MILF's Charizard in the champion battle)
    Sludge Bomb
    Brick Break
    Shadow Punch

Was awesome despite being a special pokemon with only physical moves. Didn't get to battle much at the E4 through, as Haunts moveset swept the most.

Stats it was by far nr. 1 at: Speed

Haunt lv 71 E4 and Champ MVP
    Ultimate Monotype Challenge Thread

    Thunderbolt
    Psychic
    Shadow Ball
Explosion LVM(Not used a single time)

Was just Shadow's mirror reflection until the E4, where it did most of the work, and could have taken even more if it wasn't because i wanted to save the PP for later.

Stats it was by far nr. 1 at: Special Defence

Next time i have to update right before the E4, ive forgotten the stuff between the previous update and the E4 two challenges in a row now :P

Blissy's Normal Ultimate Monotype Challenge! - Yellow Version
Chapter 6 - Thunder and Tunnel! (Will edit)

Time to take on Vermillion Gym. I know OJ is weak here, so I'll let Magic do the battling. First...I need a pokemon to teach Cut to...damnit. I gotta go get an HM slave. Ok...I got a Charmander, and it has Cut. Now...to Vermillion Gym!

Ok...this gym is home of Electric types. The path to the gym leader is blocked, so I guess I gotta find a switch or two. A few trainers, but easily dodgeable. Now...switch hunting time!

    About a minute later...

Wow...I already found both switches. Luck might be on my side today! Now...Lt. Surge.....prepare for ownage! Ok...an overleveled Raichu. Magic nearly killed it, but he got owned in the end, so OJ finished the job, and I won the Thunderbadge. I'll head back to Cerulean so I can move ahead.

Ok...cutting time. I cut the tree blocking the path so I can head for Rock Tunnel. I'll own every trainer before moving on, and I'll teach Magic Thunderbolt. After a while...they all got owned. Now...let's enter Rock Tunnel.

This concludes this chapter of my Normal Ultimate Monotype Challenge.

Very basic update. Not continuing to third gym until after I get the game in real life, (provided I actually get it on my birthday, like my sister claims, XD) so I figured I'd grind up my Sewaddle, spend a few hours running back and forth and back and forth to get it's happiness up, and get my team to an appropriate level for where I am.

    Spoiler:

    Level 22
    - Poison Tail
