Seriously, there's no definite evidence to prove the "Doomsday" theory. I've read most of the articles about it in NatGeo, and only one seems true.

Knowing me, I'll probably forget all about it and go about my life as normal. Most likely I'll be hunched over a college assignment with eyebags below my deadened eyes and a cup of coffee steaming by my side. Or, I'll be Christmas shopping- something along those lines. If by any chance I haven't forgotten, I'll sit back and read the news to see how others are taking this supposed apocalypse.

Really, I think it's just a meme that will come to pass with no fulfilment. People are making a pretty big deal about it. Seems pretty nonsensical to me, to spend the very last day of my life on earth doing good deeds and telling my loved ones how I feel for them, when I had a whole lifetime to have done so already.

I dont believe in this BS for the following reasons:

There are much older and more accurate calendars that do not predict an apocolypse.

The Mayans made their calendar using the stars, and since its impossible to view both hemispheres at once, they only had their side to go by

Also they could have seen no point in going any further on their calendar

They could have been forced to stop due to the Spanish invading, enslaving , and basically butt raping them


Anyone who believes in this are no better than people believing that George Bush was a Lizard space humanoid.

In every generation there has been stories of specific dates when the world is going to end.

Protip: No one knows, so dont worry about it.
