I love so many pokemon, it's hard to decide. I think my faviroute is cute little Mudkip! I love having Mudkip's nicknamed Lula and i also always chose Mudkip (if available) as a partner is the PMD games.

So here is a list from 1 to 10:

For the longest time, my favorite Pokemon was Feraligatr Then I began loving Hariyama just as much. And now, I hate to say it, but Gyarados is my favorite Pokemon, alongside Hariyama.

Top Ten:
1) Gyarados (Actually tied with Hariyama)
2) Hariyama (Actually tied with Gyarados)
3) Spiritomb
4) Durant
5) Nidoking
6) Ferrothorn
7) Rapidash
8) Farfetch'd
9) Glalie
10) Gardevoir

My favorite is the Gardevoir. I love the design and the abilities. Besides I have a fetish for psychic pokemons.
I also like the powerful dragon pokemon like the Charizard and Dragonite.

Oh and how could I forgot little Togetic. I love it's design and those cute little wings. And it has has got some crazy psychic powers too.

Okay, so I was thinking of updating in this thread seeing as we're in the fifth generation.
So yeah, as of now my favourite bunch of Pokémon include;

  • Mew
  • Ninetales
  • Medicham
  • Zorua and Zoroark
  • Rayquaza
  • Latias
  • Pichu, Pikachu and Raichu
 
My favourite would have to be blissey.
It is so beasty.
In RBY: Jigglypuff (its in Smash Bros. Master Hand quakes in his glove when he hears Jigglypuffs name)
In GSC: Blissey and Suicune (favourite legendary)
In RSE: Metagross (First steel type i fell in love with)
In DPP: Mime Jr. (very cute)
In BW: Whimsicott (This thing is seriously broken)

My most favorite is Sigilyph
In a close second it's Wobufett, also my fave before Gen V
I also like Wynaut
And as for Gen I's it's Electrode.
 
I have always loved Charizard and Rhydon - Now Ryperior with the Protector. But My all time favourite would be Houndoom, I came across him first in Leaf Green I think, a Rocket executive had one along with a houndour on the sevii islands. The Reason being, I have a Doberman called Spiro who if you strapped some silver horns and bracelets too would be my very own Pokemon, I even nickname my Houndoom Spiro and give him a little pat when he wins battles. Fire and Dark types seem to work well also.
