I think it's to do with input as well
Preators can have greater input into decisions made than S-Mods, and therefore add to the welfare of PC ^^
But i think there's enough preators..maybe a new one in quite a few months

Not up to me? I was already an Hyper-Mod at a VBulletin Board (not PC) and I could see the Admin CP, and I DO know it has much more things~
