The Palkia has 29-30 on most of its stats except for Attack which it has a minimum of 26.

The Latias is carrying the PokeRus is that OK? Unofurtanetly the Latias has sucky IVs, really sucky ones. They are unbelievably sucky.

With the Palkia I was surprised as well, I am definitely creating an uber team with him and my Timid, Shiny Kyogre!

Gimme the Kyogre's EV spreads, and IVs. In addition I will trade the Palkia tomorrow, I need to clone him.
