yeah it is, i haven't ever hacked, and don't plan on doing it either.

don't have any, apart form one, but thats EV'd and shiny, so i feel that it's too much for a non-shiny garchomp.
what the hell
it's a shiny weavile 255 ATK / 255 SPD

Reason I Want Somthing Good Is Because It Has Max Stats In ATK And SPD

mine is max in ATK and SPD too
180/256/107/66/142/227
the reason they are so low is cause it's not at lv. 100, it's lv. 70, so they will be much higher at lv. 100
