Is there any good programs for making Pokemon Banners and good ways to make one? I think this si a bad place to put this up...

I use photoshop, or fireworks. If you want animation fireworks. Just for great still images, use photoshop. Keep in mind these are programs that cost 400+ so yeah if you don't have a job go for something cheaper.

well i use gimp, it's very easy&+free!

I know there is a cheap version of Photoshop called Picasa that is free. It's made by Google, so if you don't want to spend money it's good. Just not the best. Easy to use too.

You can always request from someone to make you a banner either from this thread or from a request shop in the graphics and photography area, unless you'd rather make it yourself.
