Dell New Inspiron 1545 Scroll Issue

    Well, when I first bought my laptop in October, I could scroll by sliding my finger on the right-hand side of the touchpad. Now, I can't scroll at all. It's really annoying.

    Does anyone know how to reactivate the scrolling with the touchpad?
