i like it but revive is not a usefull as it used too...so that should be replaced for elms or oaks

Not too bad, but I can't discern a cohesive plan witht these Pokemon. You seem to have an overload of different evolutionary lines and you will probably get swamped by Pokemon that you don't need every couple games.

I'll try to improve once I get better cards.

I just noticed you have a Donphan Prime. That's usually a good card to build a deck around, and it's won a few tournaments within the last year or so.
