Hello there Purple14! Welcome to PC my good man.

This forum is known for it ROM hacks so you've come to the right place! Personally I know nothing about that stuff so I can't teach you anything, but if look at Emulation & ROM (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=156)Hacking , you can find many people you can help you. Specifically look at the sub-forum Tutorials (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58) there, which has many guides and resources there. If you're still stuck on something, post about in the Simple Questions thread. (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=79614) Either way, you will get the help you need. If not, then just ask any of the people who regularly visit there, specially the mods of that section, DrFuji and giradialkia so will gladly help you out on anything. Though all the staff members here are very friendly so you can ask them any questions you may have and they will assist you.

Is there any thing else besides ROM hacks about Pokemon you like? What about the games or the anime? How about the manga or trading card game? There's many boards here for Pokemon and not for Pokemon as well. Tell me more about yourself, I'd like to know what you like. There's so much variety here so making posts should be easy. And so should making friends too! There's many nice people here who love talking to others, especially new people. Maybe you will make a habit out of greeting new users like me, who knows! You should chat with me sometime, just drop me a VM!

Well I do hope to see you around and such. It's always nice to meet new users so it was nice meeting you. See you around and enjoy your stay here!

Hello Purple, welcome to PC!

If it's ROM hacks you want, definitely follow AWsquared's advice to check out Emulation & ROM Hacking, which is one of the sections that's the driving force for loads of new members joining PC. You'll love all the stuff it has on offer, and also there's fun guides and resources you can look at if you're interested in making a hack. And since it's one of the more active sections and people tend to get lost over there, asking a moderator is always a good idea since they are there to help you with any assistance you need.

And also, we have loads of sections outside of the ROM hacks as well, like the Pokemon gaming sections, trading, battling, art, roleplays, clubs and many more. Don't hesitate to tell us more about you, like what interests you have. Remember, PC may be big but it has very helpful people, and I'm sure you can make new friends. I'm always happy to talk to you, so just send me a VM anytime! See you around!
