Fan game outline?

which forum in the fan game section does sometihng like this go?

I want to post a synopsis and details about the castlevania/kingdom hearts/pokemon game i have ideas for (im not actually making it, im just talking about the idea). it would probably be considered more of a fanfic (although i dont think that would be the right forum X_X).

The Plot and Story Idea Space forum would be the best place for that, I believe. :x If you look through there, you'll see similar posts talking about game plot ideas and whatnot, so...yeah.
