You get them from Pokemon Ranger.

Manaphy comes in an egg from Pokemon Ranger... Though its a Blue Egg with a Red Spot, not the Yellow one with the Green Spots...

dude if i felt like dishing out $50 for an AR i would totally hack an arceus- everyone assumes that just because someone hacks the ONLY pokemon that you cannot get legit that that person is automatically a hacker

I'm waiting to trade right now, but I can tell you that its Special Attack is in the 300's, while its Speical Defense and Speed are in the 200's
