Pokemon: Taion!

Welcome to the Region of Taion!

Taion... The southern most point of Japan. Here, there are many Pokemon Trainers, aiming to be the best with aid from Prof. Willow. The top scientist in Taion. There are also Pokemon Co-ordinators, aiming to beat the Grand Festival and being the top co-ordinator. But there are also thieves and crooks, the lowliest of them all is know only as... Neo Team Rocket. Their original state was known only as Team Rocket, but they disbanded many, many years ago by seven trainers, around fourteen years of age. The leader gave up and thus the lonely grunts were left with no leader, until HE came. The worst man ever to walk Taion. His name is not unknown, to everyone. But Neoteam rocket steals pokemon, sells them off for money. They even beat and mistreat pokemon to listen to their commands. The three legendary pokemon said to proctect the three corners of Taion have awoken from the hundred-year slumber and have began to walk Taion once more. Neo Team Rocket seeks to capture these pokemon, but only to pursue to capture their real objective. Nikoshee, and her brother. Divile. But the problem is, they'll do anything to get them. ANYTHING. But the worst thing is, this is the same day three selected children will recieve their starting pokemon from Prof. Willow.

7) Do not pester me about if I'm going to accept your charcter or when the rpg is going to start.

Cities and Towns
OlBranch Town: Welcome to your new home: Olbranch Town. The small township is located in the southern region of Taion, surrounded on all sides by light forest . Though you will stray far from home while exploring Taion and becomin a Pokemon Master, this place will always remain special.
Bambotta City: Bambotta City is the biggest township you have visited yet. The city has its own Gym, which is where you must go to probe yourself as a Pokemon Trainer. Although you cannot compete in the Bambotta Gym just yet (Patience Young Trainer) stop in and say hello to the leader.
Elderwood City: Elderwood City is home to the first Gym you can compete in- against Gym Leader Joel. After touring this pleasant little burg, head for the Gym and prove yourself against this accomplished Trainer. Emerge victorious and you are well on your way to becoming a Pokemon Master.
Pecanside City: Your next stop, Pecanside City, lies along the coast of western Taion. After passing through the rocky straits, you come to this quiet community, complete with its own Gym.
Pinefall City: Pinefall City is situated at the north end of the large mountain range known as Sol. The city hosts its own Gym, in which you must compete if you want to earn the necessary talents to progress deep into Taion. Check out all of the town's features, as there is a lot to do in Pinefall that you cannot do elsewhere, such as get a bike or try out the Poffin House for the great Contest Hall.
Alderford Town: Alderford, a small town at the mouth of the Alderford Desert Ruins, is home to one of the four Battle Tents in Taion. This small town has a lot of big-city features, including a Pokemart and Pokemon Center. It's also where Prof. Gizmo does his research on fossils. As you continue into the heart of Taion, Alderford is a great place to replenish supplies and rest your Pokemon before getting back to your adventure.
Mezereon City At the other entrance of Mt. Sol you come to Mezereon City. Too bad you couldn't come here before, that darn boulder! Mezereon City is one of the major Taion metropolises complete with Battle Tent, AND contest hall. After your done sight-seeing take a gander at the gymleader- Fiona the sky tamer.
Taraminde City: Located near the center landmass, Taraminde City is a small town nesteled in tree groves. The houses are connected by a system of rope bridges that hang high above the ground. But even though the twon is one with nature, it still boats many modern conveniences, such as a pokemart and pokemon center, as well as a gym in town's center.
Hazlefrost City: If Hazelfrost City isn't one of the biggest metrocenters in Taion, it's at least the biggest hub of commerce in the land. The Hazelfrost Department Store is a multi-story monument of the fine art of shopping. However, there's certainly more to do in town than just spending your hard-won cash. Stop by the Contest Hall, visit the Art Museum for a dose of culture, or visit the ever-so-fun Safari Zone! And of course there's always the Hazelfrost Gym!
Longrose Island: Longrose Island is an island metropolis to the western of Taion's main landmass. The island is home to the Longrose Grym, and Taion's abondened Space Center, the rocket science facility that once furthered space exploration. A lone rocket, uncapable of launching for ten years, is about to launch! Better head to the Space Center and check it out.
Paloverde Town: Just off the north-east coast of Taion is Paloverde Town. Only accesible during the night time, the town is host to the mysterious Paloverde Cave, a mystical place where the secrets of Legendary Pokemon await a talented Trainer. Are you that Trainer?
Rhusbay City: Rhusbay City is home to the Pokemon League, where Pokemon Trainers aspire to take on the Elite Four. The Elite Four are the greatest Pokemon Trainer in Taion- do you have the skill and talent to take them on and prove yourself to the the champion?

Hair Length: Ty's hair is long so that it covers his entire forehead and extends well past his eyebrows and ends just before his eyelashes. He usually brushes it to the side so it doesn't annoy his eyes.
Hair Style: His hair is not too long but shaggy. It's thick with a slight wave.
Eye Color: Ty has deep amber / hazel eyes that tend to stick out to most people as they're very bright.

He has slim denim jeans, a black bandanna over his right thigh, over white sneakers and carries a golden bag to keep general necessities such as berries and potions.

Bathing Suit: When he's having fun swimming, he wears crimson red trunks with a yellow pokeball insignia on the right side.
Accessories: Ty wears a gold and red pendant around his neck.
Personality: Pretty Retro style, careless nature. Ty's personality varies, but his main thought in his mind though is exploring.

Ty tends to be very nonchalant about things most of the time. He's by no means easily intimidated, and doesn't have an exceptionally short temper. In fact, it's difficult to make him get angry at all through conventional means. Of course, when someone he cares about is harmed, he does get very angry at the one who did it to them and will fight to the death to prevent it from happening again.

As you might assume from the above statement, Ty also has a strong sense of justice. However, he firmly believes that right and wrong are just concepts, and that it's what you do and what you believe in that matters in the end. He personally thinks that the lives of others take priority over his own, though he's by no means incredibly selfless. However, he will gladly risk his life so that someone else can keep theirs without so much as a second's hesitation.

Ty lacks patience, and prefers continuous action to repetitive and monotonous situations. He may even look for trouble for the sake of entertainment.
History: Ty was born to a rural house in the hills near Pallet town. He was raised by his loving grandmother where he learned to love Pokemon. When he was 10, Ty was going to receive his first Pokemon from Prof. Oak but his grandmother became ill so he had to remain at home and watch her. Several years passed and her condition became somewhat better. She decided that they needed to move closer to the town and that Ty could finally leave on his adventure. Upon his departure, Ty received the pendant and took it with him and promised to keep it with him for the rest of his days. One year ago, Ty took off to travel trough Kanto, but now one year he has matured. He has seen sights humans weren't meant to see, and experienced things that would drive a normal person crazy, and had experienced a death from his very close friends. Now he is on the Seagallop One towards Olbranch Town, Taion.

RPG Sample:

The Seagallop One's deck was not an unfamiliar sight to Ty and Mimi. Indeed, they had been on it several times before, but Professor Oak had never been on a boat this fast in his life, and despite his old age, he hung on the railing of the top balcony as the sea spray flew in his face, enthralled as his white lab coat whipped up in the air and nearly sliced surrounding passerbys. Prof. Oak and Mimi, Prof. Oak's assistant, had accompanied Ty for the boatride towards Taion.


Ty and Mimi had opted to sit on the bench nearest the Professor and exchanged amused glances at the old man's excitement. Oak's voice was loud against the pounding of the sea waves against the hull.


"THIS IS THE BEST SHIP RIDE EVER!"


"WE KNOW, PROFESSOR!" Ty and Mimi yelled back in unison.


"I'VE NEVER BEEN ON A BOAT THIS FAST! AND GRACEFUL!"


"YOU'VE SAID THAT FOUR TIMES ALREADY, PROFESSOR!!" Again, Ty and Mimi chanted loudly in tired unison.


There was a small silence, and then a 'pfftt' noise resounded briefly, accompanied by a woman's indignant shriek.



"IF I SPIT, IT GOES BACKWARDS!!!!"



"WE KNOW, PROFESSOR!!!"



Ty, finally exasperated and giving in to Professor Oak's pleads to join him, stood up on the balcony railing alongside the older man. The wind whipped his clothes and face and eventually lightened his mood, and he smiled slightly, looking back down to the newly updated pokedex he held in his hand.

Personality: Apparently by veiw, AJ is a badass. AJ plays the 'Good Cop, Every survivor counts. Doesn't matter what happens to me' card. He also tries to make sure that no one has to get hurt in a bad situation and this will also go for the bad guy, he has tried to keep this trait ever since learning that a long line of murderers and crooks were his descendants, he will try to make everything right and make up for his descendants sins. He is an overall nice guy but does get fed up pretty easily by annoying people, he has a very great level of sarcasm and has the greatest comebacks for when he is insulted, which would seem out of character for a guy like him. He has a pretty decent sense of justice, and not to mention the fact that he loves adventure.AJ isn't someone you really want to anger, but to anger him you have to actually try since it takes alot to actually anger him. Considering getting fed up and actually getting angered are totally different. He is serious and strict in battle but will also have a sense of humor to lighten up all the tense moments, this makes him a good companion. Even when your on his nerves he will try to help you out, but as said before he is not good to be around when angry. And that is pretty much AJ, the 'good cop who wants everyone to be safe'.

History: AJ has lived a pretty normal life up to this point, Grew up in Blackthorn City with his mom and dad and some siblings. At the age of late Thirteen he decided to leave Johto and head off to Taion, the trip was very long and dull. AJ arrived in Taion nearing his Fourteenth Birthday, He arrived in Olbranch Town and stayed with Relatives.

AJ Was about to start on his way into Pallet when the group was suddenly surrounded by not only cultist but by a few soldiers, AJ looked around the forest they were surrounded in, There were at least a hundred surrounding the group, only five or six of them had guns though. A Solider dressed in a flak jacket and bullet proof padded clothes stepped up, He was wearing a gas mask and was holding an AK-74 which he aimed at AJ.

" You are under arrest in the name of Overlord Dillon, You have the right to remain silent, if you resist you will be eliminated." The solider barked at the group.

AJ smiled and started to speak calmly, " Isn't that's whats going to happen anyway?" He asked the Solider, Little did the solider know what AJ was planning.

" What happens to you is none of my concern, Now Cooperate." He said moving forward, AJ Sprung into action and got behind the Solider holding him from behind. Another solider with a Shotgun shot the solider that AJ was restraining by accident on reflex. AJ ducked down as the body went limp and grabbed the AK-74, Barry just looked at AJ knowingly as the other team members seemed a little shocked, Barry grabbed for his Grenade Launcher and sent a powerful shot into the crowd, killing some random Cultist.

AJ started to fire the AK-74 at the solider who had killed the other solider and shot the guy dead, AJ Grabbed for his SPAS 12 and aimed at a cultist that was charging him. Without a second thought he pulled the trigger, A loud boom was heard as the cultist fell back.

AJ now tried to locate another solider, He located one with an AJ-74. AJ started to charge the solider, but was distracted by the large number of Cultist swarming him, AJ was pissed.

AJ reached for a Incendiary Grenade and pulled the pin, " Fire in the hole!" And he threw the red grenade into the crowd in front of him, AJ dived back to avoid the flames, AJ winced as the rifle he was holding jabbed into his chest.

The Crowd went up in hot flames, one by one the Cultist started to drop in the fire. AJ smiled weakly as he looked around, he saw Lamont just standing there as the madness went on, he saw that his team was battling with the Cultist.

AJ located the Third Solider again and aimed for the soldiers abdomen but misfired and blew the guys right leg off. The guy collapsed and AJ Ran toward him, He was moaning on the ground, AJ decided to be merciful and Pulled the trigger of the SPAS, aimed at the guys head. And the solider never woke again.

AJ took the spair ammunition of the AK-74 and tried to locate the next Solider, Target locked. AJ smiled as he aimed the light weight AK-74 at the solider.

A searing pain enveloped AJ in his right leg, a bullet had just skimmed his leg and blood was starting to stain his pants. AJ winced and anger started to flow through him, AJ turned around quickly and without aiming started to fire at the solider that had hit him. The solider was hit with the remainder of AJ's clip, 24 bullets into the guy and he collapsed under the immense firepower unloaded onto him. AJ ejected the empty magazine away and put a new one in, AJ turned to the other solider and frowned. Pulling the trigger on the fourth solider, the guy simply fell to the ground in a puddle of crimson fluid.

AJ took the spair ammo from both soldier's and looked for the last two, He saw one about to shoot Rocky and AJ rushed into action but it was unnecessary as Rocky hit the solider between the eyes with his Walther P99, the guy dropped and Rocky picked up his AK-74.

That was Five soldier's down with one to go, AJ saw him a few feet away, with an AK-74, AJ aimed his weapon at the solider and fired. AJ destroyed the AK-74 that the soldier had been holding, AJ then put down his gun and pulled out his Katana, The solider smiled and pulled out a large knife.

AJ ran at the guy and they had a stalemate, AJ pulled back the slender blade and swung it down on the soldiers arm with the knife, it cut through the guys arm like butter and left him in shock, AJ decided to finish it, he raised the blade once again and took it to the guys neck. There was a dull plump and AJ left the corpse.

That had been the last solider and AJ was tired, He let the other's finish off the random Cultist.

Personality: He loves and cares for all Pokemon, though he would have a lonely nature, he is always up for hanging out with anyone. Through out his loneliness however, he has found happiness with his Pokemon. He often has mixed feelings though; Between happiness and loneliness. However, with the mixed feelings, he has pent up anger inside of him that has stored up over the years, so he may lash out at someone every now and then. When he is trying to keep his anger in and not letting it out, he begins looking to the side in anger, not wanting a bad reputation for anger problems. Overall, he tried to be a kind person.
History: Though he started his journey when he was 10, some of the only friends he ever had were his Pokemon. Other than that, everyone else avoided him. He has been proclaimed the champion of the Kanto and Johto Regions, though more hate was dawned upon him for being a good trainer.

RPG Sample: Pat walked into a Pokemon Center from his little house in Jubilife City. On the way to the Center however, he told someone to please move out of the way, but the person stayed the blocking his way to the Pokemon Center, moving to the side as Pat moves to the side.
"Want to make something of it?"
Pat said, in anger looking up at the person, though the person is only slightly taller than him, Pat might be able to overpower the person. He jumps towards the person with his right shoulder out, ramming into the person, hopefully knocking him down. Pat then runs over to the Pokecenter, running to the Box System Computer quickly. He asks for his Absol from the Box System, Absol being his most trusted Pokemon. Upon walking outside of the Pokecenter, he releases his dark Pokemon from its Pokeball, so eh starts walking with it to his left, petting his head while they walk.

The teacher looked at Yuko's end of year paper.his eye caught the "Highlight of year" entry:"I got 3rd place in the Talent Show for playing the recorder with my nose."He looked disgusted,but kept reading.

Storywriting Skills:

As she approached the body, she saw a dark puddle of blood seepimg out of the mouth.The closer she got,the clearer the object became.She let out a horrified gasp as she saw what it was.
A wrench.
The wrench had been carfulley placed,she saw.But how had they placed it like that so quickly?Her eyes followed down the length of the leg.She noticed a note stuck into the area right below the knee with a bread knife.She took out the note.
Then screamed.
"What are you waiting for?
Die first,Drea!"

Even more horrified then before he read the paper,he handed it back and said"Go back to your seat and read,Yuko."
As soon as Yuko sat down,the sound of glass breaking acompanied by about 30 screams occured.
"We",the strangers said,"are Neo Team Rocket!"

Ty's Taion Adventure! Start!

OOC: Okay, the rp sign up is closed and I have decided on the top two. Before we start: please, please check your spellings and make sure your sentences are complete and periods are where they should be. Alright, I will post who got accepted underneath the pokemon you desired to have. I only chose two, which means one of you did nnot make the cut.

We'll start with you character arriving in Olbranch, be it by ship, by plane, or by house(Taken you live there like Yuko does.)

We will have a posting order, I will start it off.

Then from there, who ever post next will be second, and who ever posts third will post after the second one. Remember everyone, you can not post again until everyone has posted as we want to give others a chance who can't get on all the time. Also, we need to stay in our order that we post. So once you've posted, remember who you have posted after. And if one person has not posted in two-days that person will be skipped. So you have two days to post after the person before you.

IC: "Ty! Ty, get up! You'll be late!" Mimi's voice flitted through the air in the cabin.

"Mhnmmmm………" The pile groaned, then bolted upright.

This was Ty Sugimori, fourteen-year-old notorious victor of the Kanto 9th Pokemon League.

In about five minutes…

"Crap!" The boy swore under his breath, jumping off the bed. He hurriedly changed into a black shirt and his signature crimson jacket with black wristbands, slim jeans, and white sneakers. The boy then flung his bag over his shoulder and raced out the door.

Mimi was a pretty girl, Ty's age. With a pink tang top, denim mini skirt, and pink sneakers.

"Sleep in as always huh?" Mimi looked at Ty. He chuckled,

"Yeah. Is Oak at the deck?" Ty asked, Mimi nodded. Ty was late for the unboarding of the ship. Oak and Mimi were gonna stay of course to return to Pallet Town. They were at the deck as Ty was about to step into the first steps of his journey,

"By professor." Ty looked up to Oak who shook his hand,

"Talk to Prof. Willow here in Olbranch. I told her you were coming." Prof. said. Mimi then proceeded to hug him, Ty did the same,

"Bye Ty, see you in a year." Mimi said, on the verge of tears. Ty waved goodbye,

"Just make sure to say hi to Willow for me!" Oak yelled out.

Ty nodded, "Don't worry Oak! I will!"

The late morning sun hung in the sky like a lazy, oversized glowing bug.

Ty walked down the yellow ribbon that was the road, the tallest spire of Prof. Willow's quaint farm/lab appeared on the horizon. The boy charged up the hill and burst through the door……..

"PROFESSOR! GOOD MORNING!" He shouted, barging in and walking up to the professor, who was standing behind a counter looking at a large book.

Graying hair, tanned skin and a nice white lab coat completed Oak's look. He had the air of a jolly old man who had experienced much in his life, too much perhaps. He looked up at Saber, smiling.

"There you are! Glad you came. You must be Ty. Ty Sugimori. Oak has told me much about you, how you saved Kanto with your friends and how you conquered the League. Well Taion has many new challenges for you. Here select your starter." Willow motioned over to an oak desk with three solenm pokeballs: transparent red top, solid white bottom.

"Hmm." Ty hovered over them and stopped,

"This is a fire type huh? I choose this one!" Ty raised up the capsule high up, releasing the small pokemon with a blinding white light. The pokemon had a snout with an orange and black coat.

"Hi there!" Ty kneeled down to speak with his new pokemon. The pokemon raised his claws and tried to scrape Ty, who avoided the attack. Prof. Willow sweatdropped,

"Sputteren is one of the more stubborn starters. Don't worry, it usually wears off as it gets to know the trainer." Ty looked at his newly aquired starter,

"Sputteren huh?" He whipped out his new pokedex and infromtaion came out,

"Sputteren: The Fire Mouse Pokemon. Sputteren usually live in the high mountain regions and in deep mountain caves. The steam they exhale from their snouts contain ash that allow them to exhale high-temperature fire.

"Hm. Skorch the Sputteren..."

Pat was in his Homeland of Kanto, relaxing under a tree, facing upwards with an extremely bored look on his face, dazzled by anything that might come by. He stands up when he sees two baby Pidgey' play fighting with eachother, and a smile spreads across his face seeing the young Pokemon at play. One is knocked off of the tree however, but he catches it, only to place it back up in the tree. His hometown being Viridian City, he tries to keep up with updates about new regions in Pallet Town.

He chose Viridian to be his hometown, though like most other trainers, he is from Pallet. Pat walks away from the Viridian Country side where he was back to the city. While walking, he places his hands in his pockets, still with the bored look on his face. While walking by a store, something catches his eye, so he decides to walk into the store. The certain thing that caught his eye was an iPod. He shells out whatever money he has, to buy it and to have songs downloaded on it. He places the iPod into his pocket after buying it, placing the earphones into his ears.

After a few hours, he reaches home, so he rushes to his house, to ask mother how his Pokemon are, and if there are any updates on new Regions, Oak being away at the moment. His mom smiles when she sees him, as does his Espeon and Absol.

"Surprisingly, there is a newly discovered Region apparently, called Taion. Knowing you son, you will want to rush there immediately." His mom says to him, giving him his Pokeballs that contain his team.

"I will head there, but I won't take anyone with me. They seem to enjoy it here, and this is a chance for me to make a fresh start. Bye mom, I love you. And Absol, make sure Charizard does'nt get out of hand. Bye everyone!"

He rushes upstairs to get his backpack. He only brings 3 Potions, a full heal, his Pokedex, and Five Pokeballs with him. He rushes out of his house afterwards, his mom remarking that he cant stay still. The trainer runs all night, excitedly, heading to the Vermillion port, buying a ticket to the Taion region, he has an overnight stay on the boat. From Kanto to Taion may seem far, but the boat reaches the region the next morning.

Pat wakes up, stretching, and rushes off the boat. He rushes towards the nearest phone, smacking his head once realizing that he did'nt ask his mom the name of the Regions Professor, mom remarking that it is Prof. Willow, probably in Olbranch Town. He rushes towards Willow's Lab, or at least the building he thinks is the lab. When he reaches the door, he puts his iPod's ear peices in his hear, putting on a calm look. He walks into the lab, but sees another 14 year old boy in the lab with the Fire starter.

"Hey? Are you a trainer also? My names Patrick, but just call me Pat."

He said as he walked up to the fire Starter and its trainer. He takes his ear peices out, however the volume is rather loud, so the lyrics And on we carry through the fears

Are heard temporarily. Realizing the loud volume, he turns his iPod off, and takes a short stare at the Trainer and Pokemon.

"Wake up!"Yuko yelled at her sister
Oh no!Her sister thought.Her voice is squeaky!Shes drunk!
Her sister hopped out of bed and raced through the door
"Wait!'Yuko yelled"my voice is always squeaky in the morning!I'm sober!"
Nevertheless,her sister didn't listen.Yuko walked into the kitchen.Her brother,not paying attenion to her,suprisningly said,"The professer is waiting for you"
Crap city!Yuko thought.I'll be late!As always!
Yuko ran through the doorway,picking up her bag from the chair.
"As always."her brother said.


"No!What if i'm stuck with Sputteren?Man I hope not!"Yuko said to herself as she rushed to the lab, hoping it wasn't true.A short cry,accompanied by a large *thud* was her entrance.She opened the door and walked inside,rubbing her forehead.The professer,along with two boys, stared at her.'Huh?"she asked.
'Ah,Yuko.I've been witing for you"Professer Willow told her.
"Please!"Yuko said with worry"Please tell me one of them already picked Sputteren!"
The Prof. nodded "The boy named Ty"The professer pointed"Has picked Sputteren"
Yuko sighed,relieved."Whose left?"She asked.
Right as the words left her mouth,the remaining pokeball opened.
"Peti?"it asked.
It was Petital,the Leaf Kitten pokemon.

Are there any openings for people who don't get starters and have their own pokemon. You know. The re-occuring important NPC's?

IC: As Ty was trying to befriend his newly aquired fire starter, which reminded him greatly of his old Charmander, a young boy wallked in. He plugged out the earphones from his ears as he looked at Ty,

"Hi! Are you a trainer?" The boy asked as he took out a small device from his pocket and pressed a large round button,

"Umm. Yeah. My name's Ty. Ty Sugimori." Ty replied as the boy nodded,

"I'm Pat Kenedy." Ty smiled,

"Hey. So which starter are you choosing?" The boy shrugged, then hovered over the pokeball. He stopped and and picked one of the capsules up, containing a petit blue dolphin pokemon.

Just then a loud thud was heard as Ty shifted his head. A young girl about his age walked into the room, Ty raised an eyebrow. The girl dashed towards Willow and confronted him,

"So which one's left?" She finally asked, Willow motioned to the solemn pokeball on the stand.

The girl released it from its slumber, it was a small green kitten.

"It's Petital, the leaf kitten pokemon." Willow said. He nodded and took out two small devices from his hand,

"Here are your Pokedex upgrades." Prof. Willow handed one to Pat and the other to Yuko. Each a different color. (You choose)

"And there's one more thing. Can you three maybe go to Shirigane Lake and check if you see any second class pokemon, I'm doing research on Evolution?" Ty nodded,

"Sure. I'll go!" He smiled.

Yes I would be a rival with Tortinium as my starter. I had actually just finished my sign up but I lost it because my internet went down. Aww well I'll re-write it but yes I would be a rival.

(May I join or is it too late to get into the game now? Sorry, it's a habit that I ask before I jump into something.)

As he watches the girl dash in after hearing the, *Thud* on the door, a small laugh spreads across his face. He looks down at the two trainers, after she gets her Grass Kitten Pokemon, Petital. He notices one strange thing, the fact that the two got cute Starter Pokemon, but he is incredibly taller than them, being over 6 feet. Without even asking however, after noticing his height, he grabs the remaining Pokeball and throws it up into the air. As it opens, a bright light emerges from the Pokeball, the Dolphina emerges from the ball. Pat catches it, worrying that the Dolphin Pokemon won't land in any nearby water tank there might be in the lab.

Immediately as Pat catches it, he accidentally caught upside down, so it flails him in the face with its fin, causing him to drop the Pokemon. The Pokemon then turns around to laugh at him, its laugh being a little Dolphin squeak. Pat remarks that it is a Courageous little fellow. With a red mark on both sides of his face from getting slapped a few times there by getting flailed, he grabs the Pokeball with his right hand, and returns the Pokemon to its Pokeball with his left hand. Though the two did just get off to a not so friendly start, the trainer looks down at the Pokeball smiling.

"My first Taion Pokemon eh? I can't wait to see what you can do in battle."

He speaks those words to himself for a moment, smiling. He then turns around embarrassed at the two trainers smiling about what just happened between him and his Pokemon, he released a fake laugh. Petital and Sputteren being out out of their Pokeballs, he decides to open up his Pokeball to let the three Pokemon play with eachother. Dolphina lands between the Grass and Fire Pokemon, and looks at the two for a second, then at Pat. Dolphina jumps and turns around to flail Pat in the face once more. It then laughs once more, landing near the two Pokemon, laughing once, then wanting to play with them.

"This is your pokedex"Professer Willow handed Yuko a light green device."It records the data of any pokemon you meet.It's your misson to record the data of all the pokemon in Taion.'
At that moment,the tallest of the two boys picked the last pokeball and threw it up.Out came a cute dolphin-like pokemon.The boy tried to correctly catch it,but ended up catching it backwards.the pokemon slapped his face reapetdly with its fin.It then jumped to the floor and dolphin laughed at him.
"That's Dolphina,the dolphin pokemon."the professer told the tall boy.
"My first Taion pokemon,eh?"The boy said"I can't wait to see what you can do in battle.'
He then turns to Yuko and Ty.Sensing that the boy is wanting the pokemon to meet each other,Yuko and Ty send their pokemon out.Sputteren turns to Yuko and says"Sputter."Yuko flinches and moves a little to the right.
"Whats wrong?"Ty asks.

After the two had recieved their pokedexs, Ty had recieved his from Prof. Oak, the three starters were released to play. The dolphin pokemon, owned by the second boy had repeatedly flailed him on the face,

"Hehe." Ty let out a small chuckle as the dolphin pokemon let out tiny squeks, signifying it was laughing. The professor then turned to us, giving us five pokeballs,

"You best be on your way to then north plains. If you wanna gt some data in those pokedexs you better start there. There are many basic stage pokemon there. It's a perfect place to start!" Willow lead the trio and their starters to the exit of Olbranch town. Ty smiled,

"So that's the place where we begin our journey through Taion." Willow nodded,

"Now off you go!"

They walked down the ribbon of dirt that was the road leading to the next town,

"So what's the next town?" Ty asked his newly aquired device which blipped,

"Next Destination: Bambotta City..." Ty rasied an eyebrow,

"Bambotta? Hmm." Ty said as he folded back his pokedex and placed it in his pocket. Four small green fiqures waddled by the road,

"What are those things?" Ty flipped open his pokedex,

Bouquail the Growth Pokemon. Bouquail are tiny birds that have not yet learned to fly, at this stage in life they only know grass attacks. Bouquail are very tiny, but they fight for themselves. A great pokemon for beginners.

Four of the birds leaped at our heroes, clinging onto their clothings and pecking at their skin.

"Ahh! GEt offa me!" Ty yelled out. He threw his pokeball towards the ground when his Sputteren was released,

"Skorch, use scratch!" The sputteren released his claws and scraped the feathers of the bird pokemon. The bird pokemon retaliated with a peck attack that scraped Sputteren,

"Another Scratch!" TY ordered when the Sputteren scratched the bird, knocking it a good three feet away,

"Good it's weak! Go!" Ty threw a pokeball at the bird which was sucked inside.

OOC: You cannot determine if yourself has caught a pokemon. The next person to post has to determine if you caught it or not.

As Willow, and the the other two trainers had walked out with him, Pat walked up to willow, slipping his hands into his pockets, pulling out a Pokeball and a small Data chip.

"Hey Willow, is it okay with you that if I get a Camera, like a Webcam and hook it up to my Pokedex, that if I take pictures of the Pokemon and saving the Data onto the Data chip, and inserting the Data chip into the Dex for updates?"

Willow nodded at him, meaning yes, though now Pats only problem is managing to get a high tech Camera that will have the capabilities to hook up to his Pokedex and double act as a Data saver to the chip. Now with that question answered, Pat pulls out his iPod, putting the headphones in his ears. The volume is still rather loud, so the song, "Teenagers- My Chemical Romance can be heard by all near him.

As the four stopped seeing the little Grass Pokemon, and started pecking at them, Pat defended himself, and tried to knock one away from him. He reaches into his pocket, angrily throwing out the occupied Pokeball, Dolphina flails him in the face once more, but gets pecked. Dolphina gets angered.

"Alright Dolphina, use your Bubble Attack and follow up with Flail!"

He orders his attacks at the same time as Ty and Sputteren attacked. Dolphina fires off multiple bubbles at once of the chick Pokemon, the one that attacked it, and charging in turning around slapping it with its tail. Pat orders out another Flail, the Pokemon is knocked against a tree.

"Alright! Its weakened. Go Pokeball!"

Pat immediately throws a Pokeball at the Grass Pokemon after it hits the tree. The Pokeball hits the Pokemon on the head, opening the Pokeball, and swallowing it in with a red beam.
Ty threw his Pokeball before Pat did, however Ty caught his Bouquail, now Pat has to wait to see if his is caught.

"Whats wrong?"Ty asks.
"Oh,nothing."Yuko replies.
'Now"the professer says'you should head off to the north plains for now.Have a nice trip'
"Bye'They all shout to him as they exit through the door.

As there walking along,a pokemon comes out.
"I think its a Bouquail"Ty says.The pokemon suddenly attacks everyone.Pat lets out Dolphina.
'Dolphina!Bubble Beam,then Flail attack!"
Dolphina quickly shot out bubbles and slapped Bouquail with its fin,weakining it.Pat then throws a pokeball at it.It smacks against a tree and hits the pokemon on the head.it wobbles ounce then stops.
"I think I got it"Pat says.He's about to pick it up,when the Bouquail shoots out and starts pecking Pat.
"Let me try!"Yuko says.She sends out Petital"Petital,Razor Leaf!"Petital obeyed and pelted the pokemon sharply with leaves.Yuko then threw a pokeball at it.It wobbeled ounce.Twice.
"I don't think its going to work"Yuko cried.
