No DSi because of Dust Cover

There's this deal at EB Games here where you trade in your DS Lite, you can buy a DSi for $149. I had everything ready so I went to the counter and asked for a DSi. The employee said I needed the dust cover. So my mum drove me home and I frantically went through all my stuff looking for the dust cover since there was only 1 hour until they were going to be closed.

It's now 5:42; they've already been closed for 12 minutes. I still haven't found it. =(

It's probably called a slot cover but... same thing. It's a cover that stops dust from getting in.

That's called a "dust cover"? O_o I thought it was a filler cart or substitute thingy.

I swear the deal was trade in the DS Lite and get it for $175, also the conditions only stated that it must be a working DS Lite, doesn't mean it needs the dust cover :P

I thought it was $175 too but the promotion boxes all say $149. -shrug-

It'll probably go on for at least two months. I still haven't found it despite the several hours I spent looking last night. =\
