I've been trying to get ahold of tech support for the past 2-3 hours now so they can see what the problem is with my stupid internet modem...and still no answer. Until finally the robot guy says "WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO LOOK OVER THAT PROBLEM FOR YOU?"
No, sir. I do not want a technician. I just want someone to talk to on the phone about this problem.
