Location/Progress:

Right now, I'm done with Bugsy. PWNYTA PONYTA pretty much owned his team with Flame Wheel, and before that I owned Sieg/Silver with her as well, though I had some help from a Slowpoke (named "Pokey") I picked up. Currently, I'm in Ilex Forest, smashing trees to try and find myself a Pineco so I can add the fourth member onto my team. Oh, and I won't be using Notchy much (maybe as a Last Resort) until I get far enough where her level matches up to the levels of other trainers' Pokemon.

Oh, and I noticed something funny. My main team on HG, Vileplume not included, is made of up mostly Special Attackers (Typhlosion, Lapras, Espeon, Umbreon) with two Physical Attackers (Crobat and Aggron). My main/desired team on SS is made up of mostly Physical Attackers (Notchy, Skarmory, Rapidash, Forretress) with two Special Attackers (Meganium and Vaporeon).

*Dunno if you noticed the "*" after two of the names, but if you get the reference, I'll be so happy :D

I suggest catching a Sandshrew in Union cave, because it can know Cut, Strength, Rock Smash, and Rock Climb. Rattata/Rattacate can't.... I've tried.

That's actually the first HM Slave I used in HG XD

Didn't find one this time around and too lazy to go back and try and find one so sticking with a lame Rattata until further notice D: Maybe once the Safari Zone opens I can go and catch one there, since that is the second test, after all.

I'm using the Notch Pichu in HG too. C: Almost got rid of her for Smeargle, but meh. I couldn't do it. ;;

And I was wondering how you were at Lv30 when facing Bugsy... for all my level grinding, I was only at 22

My HM slaves were . . . various. My main one was the Red Gyarados, lol. It had Waterfall, Whirlpool and Strength. My Typhlosion had Rock Climb (idk why) and my Lapras had Surf. I had to use Togepi for Flash, though. I also had a Geodude with Rock Smash and a Paras with Cut.

@LeSabre - \o/ I already showed one of my friends the blog, and she got it automatically (after all, she was the one who got me into the series), but I wanted to see if someone else got it |D Two Rave references and two Fairy Tail references will be in SS. And I never level grind. Except I'm sort of doing so now in HG, so I can take down the stronger E4. Chances are, I won't get back to that in a while XD

@Misheard - My Lapras has Surf in HG, and I used Sasha/Red Gyarados as an HM Slave too. And then there's a Krabby I used, and the Sandshrew. Bibarel make the best HM Slaves, if you ask me :>
