Well, as of today, my Summer Semesters of school are over!
In the first 4 weeks of summer I did Calculus I and barely squeaked by with an A. I think I actually finished that class with a 90.2 or something very close to that. For the Math classes at my school, we use a website called MyMathLab so all of our homework is online. When I was in this class I wasn't getting my homework grades as high as I could have, so I ended up cutting it very close on that A.
For the past 5 weeks, i've been doing Calculus II! Yeah, I know, fantastic way to be spending a summer. From what I've been told by many students who are finished with their Calculus classes and also from the professors who teach these courses, Calc II is the hardest of the 3. Knowing this, I started studying really hard just hoping to manage a B in the class. But, after 5 weeks of spending 30-40 hours every weekend on homework and getting 4-5 hours of sleep every night because of work and this class both, I went into my final exam last night only needing a 69 to pass with an A. Grades for the final exam and overall grade in the class just got posted. I made an 87 on my final exam and managed to finish this course with another A! :D
I am more than happy with this grade, and am now glad that I get 2 weeks off of school and work to relax before the fall semester starts. :)
