Single no more

I wish I was talking about the relationship status, but I'm actually talking about my processor.

I upgraded from a Celeron 550 to an Intel Core 2 Duo T5250

While it may not be a powerhouse, it is much faster than that Celeron Piece of crap that use to be in my Acer.

At only 1.5 Ghz, its surprisingly snappy, and I can really tell the Duel Core difference where my Celeron would lag the duo powers through with out even braking a sweet.

I got it for $20 off of eBay, not my first choice, more like a temporary processor until i have more money so I can buy what I really want: Intel Core 2 Duo t8300

If you really want better performance at a lower price, AMD is great at the budget end. Although you'd need an AM3 board, so you may want to wait until you want to move past 775 CPUs (Core 1/2 series).
