This week, Ash gets help for training Erin from an unlikely source--Gary!
The big change was changing the Pokemon this episode is about, and how the problem is solved. Since Ash doesn't have Gligar nee Gliscor in the remix, I found I could still rejigger the plot into character development for Erin and the episode would still work. Since I have a very specific place I want Erin to evolve, Gary has a different item to help Erin out, which you'll see next time.
The evil team was also taken out--Erin's fear and the group's attempts to help her overcome it were a conflict enough to me.
Gary calls back to the Wallace Cup from earlier, but I wanted to leave what he was doing while Ash and the gang were on their travels up to the reader's imagination.

Next time, Gary gives Erin a gift to help her, and the group finds the perfect sparring partner!
