This week, Dawn crosses paths with one of her mother's rivals in the Contest!
I changed the episode title slightly from the real title to reflect that remixed coordinators do not battle. So in Joanna's memory, it was an Appeal competition that came down to the wire, not a battle, she remembers.
Lila was also made a little nicer in the remix to reflect that she and Joanna were friendly rivals, much like Dawn and Zoey
This was also a good place to put a Fantasy Stage, so in a change of pace, Brock will perform in an interlude, and then you'll get to see the Appeal competition while the Visual and Dance competitions happen offscreen.
I decided to flesh out Lila's shop in the original by saying it was a shop for the brand Prism Stardust, hinting at one of Dawn's preferred brands.
Next time, Brock makes a splash in the Fantasy Stage with his signature tale; and Dawn and Lila face off in the Appeal competition!
