You can take part as long as you aren't a previous profile contest winner. Previous contest winners aren't allowed. Unfortunately, this means that the members who have already won in a previous contest but actually desire the new emblem can't get it. D:

And well, someone needs to defeat Nica again. Everytime she gets defeated, she comes up with something even more amazing. I'd like to see how her profile looks after she's lost like...10 times. It'd be AMAZING, I bet.

Brushes suck in general. Fractal stocks are what you want because they're not crappy quality :x

Fractal stocks, well, I got mine on a graphics site. I'd link but it's a forum. They're often used by graphic artists.
