My houses water pump just stopped working suddenly. And we have no water. I didn't even get to take a shower. And I have a shindig tomorrow that I need to spruce up for and we have no water. And I feel gross and we have no water.

You said "we have no water" three times. People may already have got the message. XD

I'm understanding part of it. And guessing that l'eau means 'water'. Especially considering that perfume, L'eau D'Issey. Horrible-smelling stuff btw.
