Better than expected!

Being poor makes you a bit pessimistic sometimes. We're definitely not in the hopeful category. In fact, at the end of this month or so, I am losing my internet, and it is most likely permanent. Which totally sucks. With that news, and the knowledge of how little money we actually had, I honestly didn't have the highest hopes about yesterday.

So it wasn't too hard to totally exceed my expectations.

Even though the two friends that could come took a while to (they were cleaning and packing. XD) my sisters reeeeeally helped... by providing the food we sorely lacked. Even drinks. ^^ It was pretty amazing.

And my only not-food-present from yesterday was this....


Considering it's my #1 fave game, I'm A-OK with it.

We basically just spent the whole time nostalgia gaming or playing Okami until midnight. XD

So yeah. All-in-all yesterday was pretty amazing and I'm glad my pessimism didn't win out.

I know what poor is like. We're hanging on by a thread as it is here, lol.

Also, Okami is great. (:

Oh yes. We barely ever have food.... so I've been living off of ramen, rice and potatoes.... This was a nice break from that.

And yes. Yes it is. Ever since I borrowed it from a friend I wanted my own copy of the PS2 version. I'm sooooooo happy to finally have it. <3
