I think that goes a little beyond a "simple" name change right now, unfortunately, so you'll probably have to wait...

We don't leave usernotes anymore because name changes are automatically recorded in your profile. All you have to do is add four months to the date listed in there.

It looks like you'll be able to change your name again on March 20th.

You need to be a member for at least four months before you can get a name change. January 30th is when you can change.

I want my name change to become lucariofan exactly how I spelled it.

And like above, you need to be a member for four months.

May 1st (or around then) is when you'll be able to change.

If it tells you that you can't have a name upon registration, then it means the name you want is already in use. And...after a quick look it seems the name "lucariofan" has, indeed, already been taken a while back by someone else.

Even if it wasn't taken, though, you'd still need to be around for four months before having a name change that's not a simple one. There's no changing that, and if you want a new name before those four months are up, then you're free to create a new account with the name you desire.
